It was very impressed with the variations in their menu, the food, the portion size as well as the ambience. They serve a lot of other foods apart from the paninis and have a wide range of beverages & desserts as well. Their paninis are all made with freshly baked breads, made the same morning - you have the option for regular bread or multigrain. They have a wide variety of vegetarian as well as non vegetarian paninis. Their dips (garlic aioli, sriracha aioli, basil garlic aioli, mustard, ketchup) are also all made in-house ensuring quality & freshness.

Hotel X Caret Mexico - a must stay for couples / families and perfect way to experience the best of Mexico !
Phenomenal Hotel and Resort - the venue, natural surroundings and facilities / amenities are world class. This is complemented by the first rate restaurants, associated theme parks (all inclusive) and guest service by an incredibly warm, hospitable and attentive team. Mexico has a rich and vibrant culture and this is perfectly represented and brought to the fore by this resort. Importantly, we had the pleasure of being looked by the Resort's private Butler team which was an incredible treat. This team led fantastically by Alejandro Beuno and colleagues Andres and Katya attended to our every need, booking and requirement. So much to see and do. A magnificent hotel which meant we had a truly memorable trip. A must visit.

You Need to Experience Xcaret
I must note that my husband and I are from Las Vegas, so we are rarely impressed with hotels, food, and service…but all I can say is WOW Xcaret has everything down to a science. We took our honeymoon here and it was an absolute unforgettable trip! Everyday was an adventure and not one experience did we regret taking. We stayed in the Casa Fuego building which had an exclusive restaurant, Fuego Italiano (by far the best restaurant on the entire property, so highly suggest booking a room in that building!) The room we booked also came with 3 butlers, Alejandro Barrera, Andrés Álverez, and Katya Silva, who assisted us with anything and everything! From helping us book all our reservations to escorting us around the property! They were fantastic! I must also mention on arrival, how accommodating and kind Jose Milla was when we were checking in. He had a bright personality! We also loved that the property had shuttle buses for everything which made traveling to each park SO easy! The list of amazing things can go on and on, but we are 100% returning to experience the luxury at Xcaret again!

The best vacation experience at Hotel Xcaret México. I will recommend it to all my friends.
My family and I had an incredible time. The service was absolutely amazing. The room was super relaxing. All the activities, the people, the drivers, the food—we had a fantastic experience, and we hope to return soon, not just once but two to three times a year. My kids fell in love with this place, and the satisfaction and kindness with which we were treated left a lasting impression. We will 100% recommend it to our friends and look forward to coming back many times. Thank you, Hoteles Xcaret México, for your excellent service!

Wonderful Experience
Wonderful room and resort. My husband and I typically don't do all inclusive anymore but his resort was so fun and exciting for a couple of days. I would recommend especially for families with children. I would love to give a shout out to our wonderful butlers Alejandro Barrera, Katya Silva & Andrés Álvarez.
