My family and I had an amazing vacation, and the trip exceeded our expectations. I traveled with my husband and 15-year-old son, who loves being active and trying new things. The resort and grounds were absolutely stunning, and the parks were amazing. The food was great, although we wished there were more options by the end of the trip. There is a lounge at the airport for Xcaret hotel guests waiting for the shuttle. The staff helped us set up the apps and talked with us about the different parks while we waited for our shuttle. Check in was easy and our luggage was stored until our room was ready. We got to the hotel around 10:30 and got our wristbands to go eat and explore the park while waiting for our room. There was a brief sales pitch, which we declined. Transportation back to the airport was also set up for us. We stayed in a river front room with two double beds and a pull-out sofa. The room was beautiful, had everything we needed, including a fridge stocked with drinks, jugs of water, and we were provided refillable water bottles. The sofa bed was hard, but otherwise no complaints. We loved the buffet at Mercado and ate there for many of our meals. Huge variety of Mexican dishes, fajitas, crepes, pasta, smoothies all made to order. Everything seemed fresh. On Friday night they had lobster, tuna steaks, tomahawk steaks, as well as the typical dishes. We also tried Las Playas - the food was good, but the service was slow, and we all got our meals at different times. Las Cuevas had a beautiful atmosphere. We were a bit frustrated that we could not get a reservation for Xin-Gao and did not find the hostess or concierge helpful in communicating if there was a cancellation. There are lot of bars and a variety of cocktails and juices. The hotel never felt busy despite it being spring break. There are multiple pools, rivers, and beach areas to relax. There are hammocks in the caves and so many areas to explore. We went to all of the parks and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. Xenotes and Xplor were our favorites. The beach is beautiful but not swimmable. I cannot say enough good things about this resort!

The kid club adventures; grateful for the amazing staff who made every moment magical for my 10 year old! From fun filled activities to warm care from the staff it was a blast! Lupita and Alva are the sweetest! They always have different activities throughout the day that is cool!

Love this place
Saul was absolutely amazing for service and friendliness. The food was also incredible. Would highly recommend coming here. My family and I throughly enjoyed the experience. Ambiance was great and they make sure you are well taken care of.

Excited to return!
Best all-inclusive we have ever stayed in Mexico. Absolutely stunning property . Memorable and unique in a way that’s difficult to describe. The ability to visit the parks is wonderful and completely worth it particularly for families. Food quality best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Felt very connected to nature and unlike other all inclusive that seem to cater to American Tourists, this really felt like they cater to locals as well, which was really great. Felt immersed in the Mexican culture in a way that we have not despite visiting this area, many many times over the years.

The best place that you can go with family
Best place I've been so far ..very clean place . Staff very friendly all the time , food is delicious 😋.. everyone is always trying the best to make u feel welcome , my family and I had the best time , the whole place is amazing , my kids and wife loved the experience with dolphins , the adventures in the explore park
