A wonderful hotel, distinguished by its cleanliness, tranquility, good hospitality, and good treatment of the staff with guests and visitors. You will find solutions to any problem you may face, and they will take the initiative to advise you. I recommend staying there, especially for families.

We stayed at Hyatt Centric Gran Via two times this year for 7 nights in total and everything was perfect. Our latest visit was with New Years Eve 2025. We had special wishes and they were all put in place and executed perfectly by Mr. Guillermo Sala. The extra attention that we asked for was being delivered without any hesitation. Mr Sala is and will be the reason for us returning to Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid.

Hyatt Centric Gran Via will be my go-to hotel in Madrid.
Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid represents the highest standards of Hyatt's Family of Hotels. The amenities and service level are close to Park Hyatt's standard. I am Hyatt Globalist with 80 nights completed in 2024. So when I say this, I really meant it. I was surprised by its staff's professionalism and friendliness. Yaiza Barroso, the Front Desk Manager, is particularly outstanding.

Fantastic everything! Service, room, food, tidyness… Will come back and stay there again! Love the bar on top as well! Amazing experience, staying on the 9th floor was a bonus! Just one beautifull flight of stairs up to reach “Jardin de Diana”!

Amazing
Amazing stay! From the checkin with Marcus and the rest of the great staff through the spacious and clean rooms. The team was helpful with suggestions for dinner and activities. The hotel is also situated in the middle of the Gran Via with easy access to every thing. Highly recommended.
