The service here is on point. They are very attentive and accommodate for your needs. We was upgraded to a Times Square view. We also was giving amazing seats for our reservation on Bar 54 "their rooftop bar". Upon arrival they took our bags from the uber without telling them.

Feb 18, 2025Superior comfort and Friendly staff! A short walk to the theatre!
My experience always starts with a friendly welcome from the very helpful front desk staff. The rooms are relatively large, very comfortable, quiet, and super clean. For me the mini-fridge and Keurig coffee machine are a necessity, and so welcome amenities. The bathrooms are beautiful, and have high quality products. The housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. There is a comfortable cafe, T45, in the lobby. There is valet car parking that is attentive and stress-free. The hotel is a short walk to all Broadway theatres, Radio City, and Carnegie Hall. And, of course, many great restaurants. This hotel has it all!

Fantastic Hotel in Times Square.
Amazing hotel conveniently located near Times Square. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff is top-notch, especially Jenny. Properly is always clean and perfectly maintained. The only downside is the limited breakfast options.

Great Time Square hotel
This is a great hotel beside Time Square, meaning its right in the heart of the theatre district, and located near a large number of subway lines. My suite was as advertised, with great views from level 47 including parts of Time Square, the World Trade Centre, and to the side the Crysler Building. Modern and clean, the hotel isn’t overly pretentious, but it has friendly staff, and the services that I expect from a four-star hotel (like room service breakfast), and efficient daily room cleaning. A number of other newer build hotels in NYC seem to have lift issues (insufficient lifts for the number of rooms), but the Hyatt has five lifts servicing its 54 floors, and there was never much of a wait.

Great stay
I took my mom to celebrate her 75th Birthday: This was her surprise trip. I was looking for a property that provides great experience. Excellent rooms, food; service overall. Our stay did not disappoint us. We were upgraded to the higher floor. My mom loved the room; breakfast next morning. Ease of visiting NYCity sites. Access to the subway systems. Water bottles from the hotel staff was cherry on the top. Thank you guys for all you do to provide the best hospitality. We have been to NYC million times but this was our first experience with Hyatt’s property and now we will not go anywhere else.
