    We’ll be back!

    We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff is so friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay…even a gorgeous view! We were in a perfect location to walk to all of the shopping and restaurants, but also easy access to drive wherever else we needed to go.

    My wife and I came to watch our son play university of Hawaii play baseball.

    Very clean. Very hospitable! Front desk workers were always helpful and pleasant. Cleaning staff were on it everyday with excellence! Elevators were so fast! Location is great. Close to beach and a lot of great places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this hotel.

    Excellent Stay

    Loved the room and location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very close to everything I needed or wanted to do. Was able to walk to a lot of places which made it nice. Even though they don't have room service or food at the hotel, all that was right next door.

    Dirty toilet and the water temperature is unstable

    Cons: Dirty toilet and the water temperature is unstable. Front desk staffs are not helpful and seem rude. Pros: Remodel hotel, good location, free beach chair and umbrella rental (first come first serve) I love Hyatt in general but probably not coming back to Hyatt Centric in Waikiki.

    Amazing Stay at the Hyatt - would absolutely stay again!

    The room was very clean and had the best view of Honolulu. The staff automatically gave me late checkout and even extended it a bit when we got back late from our morning hike and needed extra time to pack and shower. They are very friendly and really spread the Aloha spirit!
