Great Hyatt resort in Kauai for the family!
Fantastic property in Poipu that can easily keep your whole family entertained for several days without having to leave! Massive pools and a saltwater lagoon that never gets boring. Plenty of food options on site and more great options nearby in Koloa. Several other beaches nearby to check out and easy hikes with beautiful views. Club lounge is worth it and so convenient! Fitness center is great as well, and not crowded.

Best stay ever
I don’t know how anyone could not give this hotel 5 stars. Our stay was beyond exceptional. From the kindness of Erin our hostess, to accommodating a small issue with our room and moving us to an ocean view suit, our stay could not have been better. We have 6 & 8 year old daughters who could not get enough of the pool, waterslide, salt water lagoon and lazy river. From the valet staff to house keeping, we were continually impressed with their kindness. My daughter skinned her knee visiting the parrots and a staff member was there right away with a first aid kit to make sure she was ok. When we arrived back at our room they we were surprised to find a whole lot of treats and stuffed parrots for the girls. When we checked into our room a bottle of nice wine and basket of goodies were waiting for us. We travel lot and have stayed at a lot of Hyatts and this was not only our best stay at a Hyatt (we have had some pretty great stays too such as the Hyatt Regency Maui where we are headed back to again now) but the best stay we have had at any hotel. It is worth noting we are globalist so get upgrades and use of the club room which I would highly recommend, but I saw the same high level of service and kindness with every other guest.

Better than All the Rest!
A superlative hotel and experience. The hotel staff goes miles out of the way to make sure your experience is sublime. I have been coming to Hawaii and have lived here for over 3 decades and have stayed in most of their luxury resorts and this hotel is one of the only ones who live up to their brand and claims of excellence in the entire state.

Spring Break
We had a great time at the going home Kauai. We stayed 6 nights and used a GOH awards which gave us free valet and club access. We enjoyed the pool and lagoon. Loved that we didn’t need to worry about chairs too much while at the pool or lagoon. The hike near the hotel and walking paths was beautiful. The beach was Red every day we were there but it was fine because we would drive down to Poipu beach 5 minutes away and snorkel. Overall this trip was amazing! Would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful and staff was super friendly. Shout out to Corrine from front desk! She was great! Mahalo!

Highly Recommended Hotel
Room 3036 has a great view and the amenities were amazing! We loved the views and the pool was perfect! The Birds in the atrium were a beautiful touch and dinner at Tidepools was 5 star! The ability to walk to the beach right from the hotel was a plus! The ocean was a bit rough for us to go in so the Hotels Salt water lagoon was a great option.
