Feb 16, 2025Lovely rooms shame about the slug in my salad.
Lots of positives here, busy but helpful reception staff, nice free parking, lovely rooms with great views shame about the catering. We arrived late so decided to eat in the hotel. After a long long wait for a chicken salad a slug promptly crawled out of the lettuce across the plate. End of dinner. Now I realise this is not an expensive hotel but at breakfast the kitchen seems to be able to take perfectly good ingredients and turn them into something inedible such as the rubbery scrambled eggs. All you have to do is add a bit of milk or cream and some seasoning. And some of the other breakfast items are clearly bought in, surely it would be cheaper to make them on site. The only highlight were the excellent pancakes.

This is a former Hyatt Property Big rooms, great location next to metro rail. Great Service and staff. Big Breakfast buffet. Parking available. Tourist info and sales avail on site (highly recommend as well). Pool and laundry avail on roof top area. NON smoking hotel. Near fast foods (main brands). Casinos near by. Easy taxi and Uber service.

Excellent Hotel Staff & Location
You will not be disappointed to stay at this hotel at all. Welcoming and helpfull friendly reception staff. The rooms were spacoius immaculate very comfortable with quality sheets pillows towels and amenties in your room with fridge tv plenty of sockets. We appreciated so much. Wardobe drawers seating areas bathroom excellent. The room always spotless and cleaned throughout. The location of hotel very desirable as walking distance 5 mins to major train or bus or taxi or walking around for sightseeing very efficient and easy. Wifi excellent and the breakfast staff service and choice of food catered for everyone. Evening meals and laundry service pool on terrace amazing .Beautiful decorated hotel. Hotel has sight seeing service if required we had young man Joseph which we were delighted with showing us sights and giving us information all along and answering our queries dont hesitate to ask for him for your sight seeing. Awesome Hotel!
The rooms was excellent! Breadfast was also great. The staff gave us over 10 recommendations that was all on point. The taxi service driver at the hotel was also excellent. We had a really good stay and will be coming back a few times in the future 🥂

Love it!
It was our first time in Panama and my agent booked this hotel. She said this was one of the best at a good price and she was certainly correct. We loved the location, loved the hotel, cleanliness of the place, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room. Will stay there again.
