Feb 19, 2025It’s a Hyatt Place
It’s a Hyatt Place. Expect the quality to be Hyatt Place-like. There was hair left by the previous tenant in the tub. Aside from that, the room is clean. Globalist gets 2 bottle of waters a day, which you have to pick up at the front desk daily. I did request for a room with a bidet but was not able to get it so it doesn’t look like Globalist status goes too far. No big deal because again, it’s a Hyatt Place. I will say the service provided by the staff is exceptional but they are clearly understaffed. Shout out to all the hard working employees trying to navigate the chaos that is Waikiki.

Wonderful location, walking distance to Waikiki beach , Honolulu zoo and aquarium . Variety of restaurants and markets closeby. Staff was helpful and amenities were useful. Breakfast, beach towels and body boards were included and much appreciated . Did not care for the chair rentals as they were more like camping chairs.

Great location
Hotel location is very convenient, close to the beach and some of the best restaurants in the area. Parking garage across the street is also a plus. The free water bottle is a big help. Spacious room too!

Welcome home...
Excellent hotel and a staff who anticipates your every need! Loved our stay here and will recommend it to friends and family. Close to the beach, port, and airport, this is a great hotel for extended stays or overnights before heading out on your cruise.

Great location - easy to walk to beach, parks, restaurants, etc... Room is small but comfortable. Bedding and pillows are actually wonderful! Staff was lacking in the lobby cafe/ bar. Had to ask for assistance and wait every time. Attended the lei making session and that was a nice bonus.

For guest staying 1-6 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee will be administered. Guests staying 7-30 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered. Guests stay 30 + nights, please contact the hotel. The fee(s) will be inclusive of taxes. A maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted. Only dogs weighing 50 lbs and under are permitted; two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds; the pet fee encompasses this and pets exceeding are at the hotels discretion. All pets must be housebroken.
