This is a lovely hotel steps from the beach. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and bars on the property have a good selection. We stayed in the 16th floor and had wonderful views of both the ocean and the bay. The gym is very nice as well. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed the experience and are already planning to return next year around this time. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and professional. Our room was kept clean (light cleaning) and the housekeeping staff did a great job. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Shore restaurant. I wanted to shout out a few people - on Sunday Dave gave us great service while we enjoyed breakfast outside. On Monday Michele was helpful (initial mix up on who was servicing our table but her response to the accidental mistake was professional and caring). Each staff member we interacted with was professional and friendly The property itself was great. We loved the hot tub on the top floor, the pool deck, the balcony and the location! This truly was a memorable stay.

Great hotel. Great customer service!
Great hotel with excellent customer service and beautiful views! We stayed in an oceanfront 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect! My daughter and husband had 1 bedroom with their infant. My grandson took the living room and sleeper sofa, while my fiance and I took the master bedroom. I loved the convenience of having a kitchen with a full sized stove if we needed, as well as a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. Having 2 full bathrooms was perfect too!!! Our first night there, upon arrival to the room, the smoke alarm battery needed to be changed. Maintainance came right away, and wouldn't even take a tip! Our 2nd night we were evacuated from the building after someone set off the smoke detectors on the 12th floor. They evacuated the floors above 12 & 3 floors below. Fire dept came and all was well. With each incident, the hotel texted me apologizing for the inconvenience and asked how they could make the stay more pleasant. Exactly what I'd expect from a Hyatt Regency!!! The weather was cold 41- 61 degrees so we couldn't really enjoy the pool or beach like we wanted, but still tons of things to do. If I could change 1 thing about this hotel it would be that the pool gets more sun during the day. Overall we had a great time and I'll definitely be back at this Hyatt Regency!

Service you can count on! Spectacular Views!
Top notch customer service as expected from a Hyatt Regency! The view of the beach from our room & lanai was spectacular! This was a family vacation and well worth it! Unfortunately, the weather was cold ranging from 41- 72 degrees, so we couldn't really enjoy the pool or beach like we wanted to.

Impressive Hyatt
Nice hotel, great location, very spacious rooms, friendly staff. We stayed here for a long weekend at the beginning of February. This was our first time staying at this location as we usually stay at the Marriott Sand Key or JW Marriott when we visit Clearwater. We had a double queen deluxe partial ocean view room with a balcony. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to sit on the balcony and most of the pool chairs were not in the sun until late afternoon, but the pool area was very nice with great views of the ocean. The kitchenette was a great addition to our room, there was plenty of closet space and the bathroom was generous in size. The staff at the pool were extremely friendly, and impressively accommodating. A quick walk to the beach and several restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.
