We absolutely loved the service! We had the best time ever. The food and drinks were phenomenal and all of the staff was so kind! Carlos Sanchez and Angel Cruz were our favorite. Best service - so kind and attentive!!! Can’t wait to come back and enjoy the beautiful resort again

Best bartenders
Carlos Sanchez and Yadiel were the best bartenders at the hotel. They took care of me and friends for a bachelorette trip. They were so accommodating and always made sure our drinks came out on time and perfect! Definitely made our stay the best!

Very well laid out resort as never an issue too many in an area Servers top notch. Beach 5 out of 10. Pools 9 out of 10. Food excellent Tommy’s perfect at ocean walk out. Adult pool great for quiet and peaceful. Bar servers at pool bar for adults outstanding. They go the extra mile and no quartions asked and want to make the experience pleasurable. Special shout out to servers Carlos Sansluz and angry Cruz

Amazing experience!
We are so glad we chose Prime for are special anniversary dinner. From the minute we stepped in the restaurant we were amazed at the attention to providing excellent service then when Angelo approached the table the store continued to being amazed. Angelo was wondering and provided the special touch top off our trip and the last night at the beautiful Hyatt Grand Reserve Resort. Thank you to the entire Team.

Great stay
The resort is a great resort, clean rooms, nice pool area. Ability to make restaurant reservations, cabana rentals on-line is great. The challenge is the restaurants do fill up quick. Seems that there are a lot of cancellations so you can walk up and probably get a spot.
