Everything was very clean and service was great! Every morning the water/coffee were stocked and ready for my day. The pool staff was great! The only negative was the food truck at the pool did not give you enough food for the price. Ex...french fries are cheap...dont give me 10.

What a beautiful resort!
Everything was wonderful! From the initial greeting to all of the amenities to that spectacular pool and our amazing bartenders and servers especially our favorite Ramon G(he was top notch)!! The restaurants were perfect, our room was clean and beautiful!

Overall this is a nice hotel. You have to be in the mood for the resort experience since this hotel is secluded. As someone who looked into many options in different locations in PR here are some of the things we liked and didn’t like. Liked: -The food was better than expected. Authentic PR food at Nectar and ate at the Asian restaurant. Overall a handful of dining options. -The grounds and landscaping were gorgeous. -Many chair and umbrellas out. We chose the ones that were more private away from the main pool for privacy. -You have everything you need there to enjoy the vacation and relax. -The staff was very nice and willing to help with any request. From the front desk to bar servers we had a great experience. Disliked: -Not your typical beach. With the reef the waters are shallow and rocky. Not the place you want to go to swim. -We wished there were more quick breakfast and lunch options. -I recommend a car to explore other areas around the hotel. It is secluded and if you uber it will be expensive. Ubers are available but we wished we had a car. Due to the quick trip we opted to uber. -Not much to do after dinner. If you want nightlife this isn’t the place for you. -Food and drinks can get expensive. Would’ve been nice to have a market with reasonable prices on snacks and beer. Hopefully this helps other travelers.

SABRIL! Giver of life
We LOVED Sabril. They were the best informed bar tender we came across here. They were so knowledgeable about the local liquors and rums… truly made the NOIIGHHHHT! Seriously though. Seek them out. They were fab and will Make you a banger of a drink.

Sábrih’s great service!
Sábrih’s service and suggestions were both fantastic! She used a spice rum for the Pina Colada which balanced out the sweetness of the drink perfectly. She also gave us suggestions for other things to do while at the resort, the best time to visit the beach, and made us feel welcome during our stay!
