Please be aware that there is very loud construction going on. If you want to sleep in stay somewhere else. Other than this it was great. I hate to take stars away for noise but it was really bad. Sounded like scraping heavy equipment across concrete. Drilling and gravel being poured. I couldn’t sit on the balcony at all. They started working at 7:30 every morning. It was honestly terrible.

Feb 28, 2025Wonderful anniversary getaway
From the moment we arrived the staff was nothing but attentive and friendly. Miranda was the first person to greet us and was incredibly helpful in assisting my husband and I . Her hospitality and professionalism really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Everyone we spoke with was just so friendly and accommodating it made the whole stay feel really relaxing. The hotel overall is absolutely beautiful and we had wonderful stay despite the weather.

Disappointed
I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for years, but my recent three-night stay was a huge disappointment. **Location and Odor**: Upon arrival, we were greeted by a terrible odor in the main lobby that permeated down the hallways, reminiscent of a dead animal. This made a poor first impression. **Renovations**: While the hotel has completed some renovations that improved the rooms, our stay was marred by ongoing construction. My husband planned to play golf every day, but the golf course was under renovation, making it miserable to play. To add to our frustration, the driving range was also closed. **Dining Experience**: We decided to order food one night at the long bar, but to our dismay, the hamburger was served raw. We opted not to eat it, which was disappointing. **Check-out Policy**: We requested a late check-out of just one hour, but our request was declined due to the hotel being at capacity and needing to turn over the rooms. This lack of flexibility was surprising. **Positive Aspects**: On a brighter note, the staff at the Woodline bar were phenomenal, providing excellent service. The hot tubs were amazing, and the pool was a great place to unwind. Additionally, the chocolates made by the chef were exceptionally delicious. **Conclusion**: Overall, our experience was far from what we had come to expect. We are saddened to say that we likely won’t be returning anytime soon, despite visiting San Antonio at least monthly.

Nice rooms, nice resort amenities. Plenty of things to do. Enjoyed the gym, on site store was helpful. Nice restaurants on site that were very good. Place had a nice Texas charm to it. Good location for local area attractions as well. Unfortunately didn't get to enjoy golf as planned as the weather was too cold.

My stay
My stay here was amazing thanks to Samuel M he helped me out so much. Thank you Samuel you’re amazing. When I arrived I was greeted by an excellent valet staff that made sure all my luggage and check in was taken care of they took care of my car and greeted me like I was royalty there was one you gentleman that helped me out every step of the way job his name was Samuel M great service on his part would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
