Mar 01, 2025Great getaway with family.
Great room options for a family and the slides and lazy river are great! The only thing we wish they would do is open the food and beverage at the pool earlier, we were at the pool at 8am with young kids and couldn’t get anything until 11:30 on the weekend and not until noon on a Monday. Also, the splash pad water was a little chilly for most of the children who did try and play in it. Overall great getaway with the family.

Room keys were deactivated before our check out time was very unwelcome surprise. We just had gone to the pool, wet, pretty cold and horrified when we couldnt get back in our room. People were watching us trying to get in, while i had to download the app to get the digital key. Called front desk and all they said was we can get you another room keys. No apologies no offer to make it right.

The resort quality of Indian Wells met expectations but expensive. Biggest complaint is the noise between rooms. I could hear quite a bit of neighbors exploits. Pool is nice with adult only area. Restaurants on-site provided adequate choice

Great experience
Customer service was at an all time high. Tia Carmen was an amazing experience (thank you Miguel). Room was excellent and the grounds were amazing. Our 6 year old loved the water slides. Stayed for a staycation and felt like we were far from home. Will definitely return.

Excellent and accommodating.
This hotel was terrific. The pools, games, and outdoor activities were excellent. Lee at the front desk was amazing. He went above and beyond to find a room that met our needs. We are very grateful and had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel.
