Comfortable and well managed hotel. Also nice to have carpet in bedroom rather than hard wooden floor…. Disappointing that bar was closed at 11 in an area devoid of open pubs. Blah blah that’s all I want to say so stop your 200 min character nons

Dec 21, 2024Expensive hotel with poor service and not great food and drink provision.
Expensive hotel with poor service and poor standard of food and drink provision. Fire alarm went off at 05.00 and we had to evacuate the building. No staff around to help or explain what was happening. No assistance for elderly or infirm. We found out the same thing had happened the previous week as well so why was the issue not addressed by the hotel? No explanation or apology was ever offered or given by the staff. The food and drink was very expensive and not great quality for the price you pay. The bar closed at 22.00 on the two nights we stayed so no chance of a late drink on our trip. This is far too early and unacceptable. Guests arriving late in the evening were turned away so could not get food or drink on arrival. Very poor for any hotel this day and age.

The hotel is quiet (no street in front of it) and conveniently located close to Stratford International. And that's it for the good things. Rooms are OK but not great. Customer service is impersonal and indifferent. Not at the level of what I expect from Hyatt

Nov 21, 2024Mr gannarro a very bad experience with him
I had a terrible experience with one of the managers called gannarro. He canceled our booking without a valid explanation and he was abusing his position to cancel another booking we made as he felt he was getting disrespected even though no foul language was used we was stating facts. Astonishing behaviour from a person working in a big company like hyatt.

Hyatt Regency London Stratford
A very pleasant experience. Good food. The mattress was a little too soft for my likes. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast experience was very good. The room was a little cool upon arrival but soon heated up. The hotel is based in a vibrant busy area with everything you could need very close by. Though busy the outside hustle and bustle cannot be heard inside the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel.
