    Spot On

    I’m in Manchester frequently, and this hotel is like a home from home. The décor, service, location and nearby parking makes it the go to destination when I’m visiting. The staff are exceedingly polite and the food and beverage selection is exceptional. Thank you, Hyatt. Ask for a High Floor if you are booking. The views are EPIC.

    Could have been better in service, nice property hard product, I would consider returning if service is more balanced

    Good breakfast, pretty good room for the price, service was overall polite but lacking in adequate responses at times, other times achieving a good response. Could be more balanced. The guest relations manager at not doesn’t seem To have a clue how to make guests feel heard and respected, instead seemingly not understanding the crux of issues. They were able to make some adjustments pretty fast it seems to accommodate some issues, but it seemed hard to get them to understand the severity of issues often times.

    Impressive

    Very helpful staff, clean hotel, good food re restaurant and they made contact with me via whatsapp which was SUPER helpful to update them on arrival time and to enquire re my forgotten mobile charger - which they found and helped me to get it posted to my home address. I was impressed with this hotel.

    The best place I've ever stayed at in Manchester.

    I don't generally enjoy traveling very much, I find it stressful. However, the Hyatt Regency was genuinely one of the most relaxing hotels I've ever been in. Everything from start to finish was seamless and felt easy. The room was comfortable and spotless, and they even have multiple gluten free options on the menu (important to me and my family as Coeliacs) . It's now the only place I will ever stay in Manchester.

    Such a comfortable stay

    I love staying at Hyatt and the Manchester Hyatt was amazing. I’m always surprised at how pleasant it is to check in and stay versus other hotels. One thing I noticed was the fragrance which seems to be standard at Hyatt, which was very comforting.
