The ceviche bar is the absolute best! Chef Guadalupe and Jesus took such good care of us! 10/10 highly recommend. The hotel is beautifully designed. My husband enjoyed the golf course and seeing all the crocodile and iguanas. All the staff are very attentive. The spa was a bit disappointing however the massage was pretty good.

A1 Ceviche
Next level Ceviche! Jesus & Guadalupe provided top notch service at the ceviche bar Ava by the pool! The scenery and vibes were incredible. I really really really really really really really wish we didn’t have to go home! Highly recommend a stay here!

Room - Large room in vantage club guessing about 200sqft larger than a normal room. Very nice view and good services. Food - very good all-round Ongoing daytime activity's around the pools Night time entertainment - great variety of "options" depends on your mood Overall size - smaller that other "Resorts" this is a hotel not a resort but when the other building opens in October it will be twice the size. Access to services - what's going on, menus, room service etc mobile app is very good. Value for money - reasonably priced compared to the competition Service - not great service the Hyatt Vivid service is patchy depending where you go in the hotel and what staff member is working that day. it's just not "polished". Staff are helpful but you can also be ignored when they are speaking to each other. Also beware of the "sales pitch" when you arrive to visit other Hyatt hotels. After a long flight they try and get you to agree to visit other partner hotels for cash. You must sign up there and then. I had heard stories about this and read some comments online please do your research before signing up to something.

Great trip!
Great experience all around! Great entertainment, activities and food. We loved that there were other options for food near the pool that were quick and easy to get to. Guadeloupe, Eduardo, and Jesus were fantastic! The quality of care from them was beyond any expectation!

The greatest and most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The service and amenities matched exactly how it looks. Amazing! Can’t wait to come back. Truly the prettiest resort in Cancun! The beach club was jaw dropping. So many people messaged me asking where I was based off my Instagram stories.
