  AMAZING

  Thank you so much to every single person at the Hyatt Vivid for an amazing time. My fiance and I visited Cancun this past week and could not be more impressed by the service, hospitality, aesthetic and food here. Everything was immaculate, clean, and extremely thought out. Check in and out was a breeze, and everything in between was accommodated for. I feel like food at All Inclusives can be touch and go. But that’s not the case at this property. We went to as many restaurants as we could and went to the buffet multiple times and it hit the spot every time. Special shout out to Aglio, Oishii and Le Lys. I was so impressed with all of the fresh options that was available from fruits to vegetables. That was much appreciated. My fiance and I also enjoyed the golf course and spa and those services were amazing. I couldn’t recommend it more. But the best part was every. single. person was SO kind, so friendly, and truly made you feel like you belonged there. Nother was of a bother. They remember your name, your orders, your drinks, and it was just amazing. I wish I could remember everyone but below are some that made us feel so welcomed: Jerry at the very front right when you arrive. He welcomed us and accommodated us every time we left the resort and came back. Eric at the buffet, so sweet, so funny, and the multiple times we saw him, he remembered our orders. Eduardo that’s part of the welcome team impressed me so much when he saw me the next day and asked where my fiance was using his last name. Like how did he remember?! Manuel and Cristian with the Entertainment Team. MAN they can dance, make a mean bracelet, take you through a workout class and made sure you were there for fun. Some of the best individuals for the entertainment team. Guidelupe and Jesus at Fresca Ceviche made the best ceviche I’ve ever had in the world and were just the sweetest and kindest people. We were so lucky to see them multiple times and talked to them as much as we did. Much love. (Picture attached) 🫶🏻 Denys by the pool was such a fresh face. He set us up to be nice and comfy for the day. Had towels on deck for us, even cleaned our sunglasses. Like what! So frickin nice! Oscar helped us with our bags at the very end and was as sweet and kind as can be. Those are just a few but I promise, everyone there was a gem. Having worked in the service industry for years, it’s obvious that there was intense training for everyone. And EVERY single person was a friendly face. Could not have been nicer. Bravo to everyone and bravo to management. We cannot wait to be back and thank you for making our trip one to remember forever. Thank you all! I could rave on and on forever.

  Nice resort!

  Brand new facility opened in April 2024. Very clean and well kept. We had a great time at this all inclusive resort! Plenty of dining options, pool spaces, gathering spaces, pool bars and the staff was great. Lots of activities daily including exercise oriented and some just for fun. The rooftop pool is an amazing spot for panoramic views and sunsets. The beach club is beautiful!

  We love Hyatt Vivid!

  This is our second stay at Hyatt Vivid and it did not disappoint! The staff is excellent here! Blanca, our concierge treated us like royalty and always made sure we were enjoying our stay. Upon arrival, Carlos, the bartender in the Vantage Club, remembered us from our July stay, and took care of us all week. (Best bartender in the universe!). Ibero, Christopher (mangers), and Eduardo, (Entertainment manager) also went out of their way each day to greet us and took care of any requests we had for the day. We met many pool servers and all were excellent and never left us thirsty. Alberto, Jesus, Gustavo, Juan, Karen,Marisu, (spelling?) and Guirremo..Thank you! Eduardo, bartender at the swim up bar was a pleasure to talk to each day and had our drinks memorized quickly! We enjoyed Jose at the rooftop bar but unfortunately we didn't spend time there as the water was very cold. Speaking of pools, the pool concierge team went above and beyond to take care of us. True gentlemen and wonderful to talk to you! Jesse and Victor, thank you for everything during our stay! Chef Guadalupe at the Cerviche truck prepared outstanding shrimp for me, thank you! We also enjoyed meeting Stephany, who served us in the lobby bar at night. Chef Alejandro in the Italian restaurant and server Alejandro in the Italian restaurant took very good care of our party of 6. True professionals and excellent food! My husband got a massage from Maria, and commented it was one of the best he has ever had! The daily activities and entertainment were plentiful whether is was exercise, pool games, and nightly entertainment. The team was always around and making sure we knew what the next activity was or nightly show. They were all so friendly and engaging! Roger, Penelope, Johanna, Lucy, Orlando, Carlos, and Cesar.   Great Friends Trip

  Great trip the past week with friends. Going into the trip we didn’t have high expectations just due to it being a new resort but were pleasantly surprised. Breach Club is awesome. Roof top pool is a nice quiet space. Two pools had great energy based on what you wanted them to be that day. Entertainment staff was fun and inviting. Bar staff was amazing. Food was great overall. Mediterranean restaurant was just okay. Service was poor and judgy. Short rib dinner was amazing but everything else was just blah. Le Lys was amazing as well as Algio and Dalia. Breakfast buffet had everything you wanted. All in all a great trip with friends and would definitely recommend!

  A much needed solo trip

  Nice, Relaxing Solo Trip! I must admit, I was nervous about traveling to Cancun alone, but this trip turned out to be such a pleasant experience! While the resort is still a work in progress, it’s brimming with potential, and the staff truly made my stay memorable. A huge shoutout to the entertainment team, especially Roger and Cesar! Even on rainy days, they went out of their way to ensure I had a great time. From remembering my name to booking activity slots for me, they made everything feel personalized and inclusive. They genuinely made the experience fun almost like hanging out with friends. At the pool, Fes and Jesse were incredible! I spent most of my time at the rooftop pool, and they were always so sweet and attentive. They took the time to chat with me, ensured I was comfortable, and even provided aloe vera face masks to cool off. When I arrived in the afternoons and all the sunbeds were taken, they reassured me and always made sure I had one. Their kindness truly stood out! One of my favorite spots was the Mediterraneo restaurant, thanks to Victor, the sweetest waiter I’ve ever met. I ended up dining there twice just because of him! He was patient, gave great recommendations, and made the experience so enjoyable. The beach club was another highlight! It had such an exclusive, relaxing vibe that I went there twice—it’s definitely a must-visit. Of course, there’s room for improvement here and there, but the resort shows so much potential. I’m already thinking about coming back in October with friends and hope to see Roger, Cesar, Fes, Jesse, and Victor again. Keep up the amazing work! 😊
