This resort paired with the Ziva provide an exceptional experience. This was our first time in Jamaica and we will return to this resort again and again. Are there some misses, of course the pillows are too soft for my liking, shower pressure is low, water temp variants-yes-but who cares...irie mon. We tip our hats to Lashoya at Fuzion, Courtney at Choicez, Mervin and Oscar at Urban Heat, Shannon making our daily cappuccino, Samantha & Natasha for the drinks by the pool, Noel at Calyspzo and Amara Shan at the front desk they each contributed to our vacation with their kindness and their amazing approach to guests. The pools, the beach, the food, the rooms and the staff are exceptional. We will be back!

Phenomenal Caribbean experience
Exceptional value, friendly staff, wide variety of commendable dining experiences, clean beaches, lively entertainment and superior customer service, The landscaping was picturesque and pools were very well maintained. Thoroughly impressed with our winter getaway! 👌

Zilara: a great place made better by its staff
Great resort. Food was fantastic, events were exceptional (casino night was such a great idea)! The service was great, and while everyone was generally helpful, the service at the zilara beachside by our server Nadine was above and beyond! She was very attentive and timely, and also just of great spirit! Zilara is made good by the amenities and entertainment, but made great by the people like Nadine!

Great trip
Wonderful experience. The facility was gorgeous and service excellent. Nadine the server at the beach went above and beyond and made sure we were well taken care of everyday. I highly suggest coming to this property. The beaches and pool were breathtaking.

The property is very pretty and the room is clean . Staff are very nice.The food was fine for an all-inclusive. Need to find the right places and things to eat. Recommend the Asian, Urban Heatz, and Jerk Hut on Ziva property. Here's the problem- the thumping music and loud DJs at both pools! You could hear it throughout both resorts. So if you like loud music all day, go for it! My suggestion to the resort would be to arrange volume and speakers so that those at the pool that want to hear it, do. But figure out how to leave some volume space for people who want to read and/or listen to waves.
