Husband and I have been to a lot of all inclusive hotels and Hyatt Ziva staff definitely wowed us with their great service. Will be planning to come back and make it a yearly tradition. Thanks Hyatt ziva for making our stay super enjoyable and relaxing. Your staff is one of a kind.

Relaxing family vacation in Mexico
This was the first vacation with our grandson Felix and his family, and we all enjoyed the Hyatt Ziva tremendously. We used the cabanas during our stay to give the 8-month-old baby a place to rest and play. All restaurants we went were very supportive.

The focus needs to be on fixing the resort not questing your guests every time the leave your hotel resort very intrusive. Very noisy construction not enough lounge chairs around pool areas forcing guests to compete for seating or pay more for the ridiculous number of extra charge cabanas. Nice common areas Restaurants all 5 of us got Diarrhea felt better the next 8 days in Mexico after leaving resort I question Hygiene of bar glasses.

Amazing Staff!
Hotel is beautiful and restaurants are amazing. It’s hard to believe everything is included with the quality of food and service provided. I left this hotel with many fond memories but above all, the memories of the amazing staff I met. They go above and beyond to make you feel special! Ricardo at the buffet is so attentive and cheerful. And Margarita, the hostess at the buffet was always greeting us with a huge smile. Also, my husband and I did the romantic dinner on the beach and it was memorable. The food was amazing. As a surprise, Javier who was our waiter made us Mexican coffee because he found out we had never tried it before and wanted us to try it and see how it’s made. Rosario and Uriel were also our waiters and needless to say just as friendly. Whoever is doing the hiring at this resort is doing an amazing job because everyone is just amazing!!

An absolute beautiful resort, with outstanding service. Food at some locations was mediocre. There was 10 of us traveling ages from 1-72. Everyone enjoyed the resort. We rented a pool cabana which I would highly recommend. The only negative experience we had was our beach dinner.
