An absolute beautiful resort, with outstanding service. Food at some locations was mediocre. There was 10 of us traveling ages from 1-72. Everyone enjoyed the resort. We rented a pool cabana which I would highly recommend. The only negative experience we had was our beach dinner.

Hyatt Ziva was a great getaway! WE went with family, and also met up with a larger group to celebrate an important birthday. This is the perfect all inclusive for a family or friends getaway. The teenagers had fun, as did the adults. Nice vibe at the hotel with the other guests. And the Hyatt team is AMAZING! Suhail was great at the check in. Wally, Norma and Miguel and the daily pool activities were spectacular! The staff is kind, helpful, dedicated and lovely! They truly made our week away spectacular. Food was delicious, they did a great job working around food allergies. Cocktails were also tasty and plentiful. Room was also very nice- we had a swim up room- amenities were restocked daily, and bedding/ bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this resort!!

Hard core construction going on, one whole side of the resort is under construction and the air quality was beyond toxic. The check in area had construction and can see all the harmful dust flying everywhere, all over the guests checking in. We were never informed of the construction before arriving we had booked a year in advance. the kids club area and the kids swimming pool were not available, the snack shop area closed and the Italian restaurant on the beach closed. That whole area is under construction. Very disappointing I could not allow my 3 year old to stay there for the weekend breathing all that in. Whole place should be shut down with that amount of construction. it was with a heavy heart that we had to ask for our money back and had to leave to find a new place to stay for the weekend. Construction will be going on till Dec 20 from 8am-10pm from what we were informed upon leaving.

Very good experience overall
Hotel was very good. Food was great, especially at the Japanese restaurant. Service was outstanding everywhere. There were issues with the elevators, which I would not expect on this type of hotel. I ended up going up and down six floors with my young children three times. Some things needed repair or upgrades (for example, broken chair covers at Mexican restaurant)

We had a great time!
Amazing experience, everything was perfect! Our kids enjoyed the pool and all the activities. The employees were very nice. The service was great, and I appreciate all the help with my gluten allergy. The room had a great view on the adult pool and the ocean. Thank you!
