Karina and Alfredo are best assistants at the bar I’ve ever experienced with. They are so kind that I want to visit this hotel once again. Hopefully other visitors may taste wonderful drinks they make with their high extent of expertise. Gracias!

The staff here is great! JJ Front Desk Mgr, Paula and Norma of Joy Squad, Erica Mgr and Ana server in French restaurant and pool servers Juan, Christian, Emanuel, David, Genero and Edgar are super and deserve a shout out! Remodeling construction made things a little noisy and not all facilities open due to it. However, just an inconvenience, nothing more. Food quality seemed much better as compared to our stay a year previous. Looking forward to room updates and new restaurants that will come with the remodel.

Great holiday get-away hotel in the sun!
We had a great time. Even though they are renovating one side (to be complete in March 2025) it didn't bother us. The adults pool area is very quiet and the staff, food and entertainment is excellent. There are a lot of activities and things to do everyday.

Great all-inclusive resort and know they are doing construction/renovations
Wonderful resort and attentive staff from the concierge, front desk, restaurants, cabanas and club room. Be aware that they are doing major renovations in one of the large buildings by the main pool - during the day and into the night hours - 10 pm plus. So as long as you are good with construction, go to the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos as you won't regret the service of the wonderful staff and amenities.

Terrible service. I have stayed here many times and this time there service has declined significantly. Rooms don't get cleaned until very late in the afternoon and when I spoke to a supervisor to get my room cleaned I was told there are a lot of guests that have asked to have their room cleaned about the same time and this is late late in the afternoon. Food is mediocre but the servers at the restaurant are very nice Esteban and Alexander at the steak house were exceptional . Not sure I would stay here again with this level of service
