STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family oriented environment, the resort will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group
without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
SPRING BREAK POLICY- Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. The valid period is March 1st, 2020 to April 30th, 2020. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
- One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.

Just left there yesterday. The hotel is beautiful as are the grounds. The employees are wonderful. Some of the ones that made a great impression on us are Veronica in the lounge bar, Vanessa in the buffet, Jose in the lobby, Ines the cleaning lady, Edgar, Ruben and Alejandro in the entertainment group. These are just a few of the ones that I can remember. Everyone there was delightful and professional, even the maids that cleaned our rooms. Chef Daniel visited with us at breakfast one morning, very nice to chat with us about the food. The specialty restaurants were very good. Please give recognition to these fine employees. They are an asset to your company.

Veronica was amazing with her service and care toward us. Loved 🥰 having her attend to us daily… very nice friendly and polite young lady would defo be yelling other customers here how remarkable she is and hope ah wis appreciated as much as we values her

So much fun!
Veronica is AMAZING. She made sure we were taken care of all night. She got us drinks all night when it looked like we were running low but also water when we needed it. She has a charming personality and is eased to help in any situation. You are blessed to have her at your establishment!

So to start this is not a 5 star resort it’s more like a 4 I’m currently here right now in the villa u wanna sit certain places on the beach even tho it’s “all inclusive” u have to pay 100$ to sit on a padded bed. the restaurants terrible Japanese not even real sushi just rice with sea weed nothing in the middle steak house u want the good steak or lobster u have to pay why call it all inclusive if your going to still charge your clients also when u check in they will say free massage don’t fall for that waste half ur day listening to them ramble about buying into the resort to be told the deals only today then u go to leave oh we can freeze it typical Mexican scam the food selection in the buffet is a joke every night almost no potatoes or vegetables which is a staple for dinner I’m in Mexico half the nights no salsa for chips I’m in shock if I knew this I would have went back to Riu palace where I can use all resorts with quality food and not be nickle and dimed for anything I want to do on the resort I paid 5k for I’m very disappointed and would never return to this resort I’m very honest with my review never wrote one before but this resort deserves a honest review so other people esp coming with family’s that need that selection don’t end up disappointed. Go to the RIU hands down wayyyyy better
