    Excellent!

    Excellent hotel all round. Enjoyed a 4 day city break in Lisbon. The hotel is in a good location for metro and buses, so easy to get around. Our room on the ground floor had no view but we didn't spend much time in it so no matter. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable and we slept well in the comfy beds. The hotel has a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, we found all staff throughout the hotel to be polite, courteous and efficient. The buffet breakfast was superb, a huge selection of fresh appetising food. Staff very attentive, monitoring and replenishing the food items. Used the pool, which was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Only a couple of minor gripes, one is we don't drink coffee, so a kettle and teabags in the room were supplied upon request but taken away after a couple of days! Also an issue with door and safe keys which stopped working too early. Soon reinstated, just a nuisance really. Overall, a really enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel in this great city.

    Unforgettable experience

    Fantastic hotel! Everything very clean and organized, the staff is very kind and attentive, I loved the breakfast, quite varied, we had a drink at the bar a very nice place. I loved my stay, I will be back for sure. The hotel is located close to everything.😊

    Could not access my room! Terrible service.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I arrived at 00:50, but when I tried to enter my room, it was locked. The staff at reception was unable to open it either, which was especially frustrating since my belongings, including important medication, were inside. After an hour, I was assigned a different room, but 20 minutes later, the receptionist called to inform me that the original room had been unlocked. By the time I finally got into bed, it was around 02:20. This delay ruined my next day, as I had other plans that I had to rearrange because I was so exhausted. I had to take an unplanned nap. When I asked for a late checkout to make up for the lost time, I was offered only two additional hours, which was not nearly enough given the situation, especially since I had other plans at that time. They did not offer any alternative solutions to compensate for the inconvenience. On top of that, I had to explain my issue to every staff member I encountered, as there was no communication between them about my situation. And she also told me every room was booked in the hotel which I really doubt in that big hotel. Overall, the service was terrible, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I will not be staying here again and will be sure to share my experience with others. This hotel did not meet expectations, and this should never happen in a five star hotels. P.S the picture is the hotel staff trying to unlock my door in the middle of the night.

    A great hotel

    We went to Lisbon to celebrate 1 year of marriage. The hotel is very good, clean and organized. Everyone was very attentive and polite. We were very well received by everyone. The breakfast is exceptional, lots of variety and very pleasant service. Great location and super safe. Close to metro and tourist attractions. We will definitely be back!

    To enjoy and relax.

    Fantastic stay in a very nice hotel, clean and with exquisite attention from the staff. Get a plus of comfort and luxury for your trip. Although it is not in the center, in a short walk along a nice avenue you get there without realizing it.
