Great hotel. Tired resort. But well worth a visit.
We returned this week from a fabulous few days at the Llaut Palma. The hotel is excellent - from the moment you check in, where you are immediately offered a drink and fruit, to the amazing rooftop pool where the staffing and offering were immaculate. Breakfasts were plentiful with many options available. We did upgrade to the Prestige and thought it was worthwhile - particularly if you intend to stay around the hotel/pool. And to be fair there is little that is worth seeing outside of the hotel because the resort is very tired and “samey”. Playa de Palma is a favourite of the Germans and is set up for them.

Very good. Highly recommend.
First time at this hotel. Booked 7 nights to celebrate our Golden wedding anniversary. Would recommend the bbq & tapas evening at the Norai Restaurant. Christina, Nati & Elene looked after us well. Excellent service. Make sure you are hungry. A must for meat lovers!

Fabulous meal with great staff in beautiful setting
Fabulous meal in a beautiful destination! Eleni, Natalia and Chris went above and beyond. I am vegetarian but they brought me lots of extra things they had made to cater to my dietary requirements. Would highly recommend when staying at the hotel to do the BBQ experience

Roof Terrace let down
Recently stayed for a week at this hotel. The only issue we had was with the rooftop terrace which wasn't 5 star. The terrace was too small for the amount of guests looking to use it. The terrace was meant to open each morning at 10am, but guests were allowed entry before this to take the best beds/views. The rooftop is also shared with a noisy restaurant open to the public. the hotel are aware of the problems with the terrace but haven't taken steps to rectify. We paid extra for Star Prestige including entry to the terrace this included snacks and soft drinks but you have to catch the eye of the one member of staff for this. Why not have softs drinks/beers and snacks available for guests to help themselves? This is what other 5 star roof terraces offer. We have stayed in a 4 star hotel in Los Cristianos, Tenerife (Arona Gran) that sets the benchmark for roof terrace experiences. I would be having a look at what they offer. Unfortunately it is likely we wouldn't stay with Iberostar again after this experience.

Star Prestige
Jennifer at the Star Prestige roof terrace was excellent. Great service, very friendly and welcoming. Also a special mention to Mark on concierge who looked after us brilliantly. Would definitely recommend booking star prestige as it made our trip.
