    Zero customer service

    Just awful. Had booked a week in March, and a week in June - hoping to stay here three more weeks after that during the rest of the year. But the service is so lacking, from leaking shower, to TV's mounted in angles unwatchable from bed, and roomservice delivered cold after an hour - there are just too many flaws for me to ever want to return. Sorry - I will put up with this week, but I look forward to staying elsewhere on business the rest of the year.

    Great location and easy access to all attractions and shopping areas

    Location is great, easy access to everything central, tourist attractions, buses and shopping areas. I have been several times to Barcelona and it is a good location for a first timer. The hotel is nice, many rooms overlook placa de Catalonia which is always busy so if you don’t like city sounds make sure to book an inner room cause it isn’t sound proofed. I had a slight problem with my room the first day which was a bit outdated and worn out but the problem was sorted as much as possible by the sweet and lovely Miss Nawal Kayou, she was very friendly and always keen to ask if all was ok and if we are having a good time there. (I was visiting my daughter in Barcelona) . The rooftop sky bar was nice, a lively and stylish area overlooking the city.

    Amazing experience at 45times

    Perfect location very central, staff was actually really kind and helpful, the minute we reached Ahmad was there to help us with our bags. He was really helpful throughout our stay and helped us with anything we needed. Ahmad deserves a shout-out 😊

    Best location and amazing Skybar

    Very nice hotel, best location ever!, roght by Plaza Cataluna. The hotel is and old bank, beutiful with very friendly staff. Good lunch, three courses for 18 Euros. It has Barcelonas best Skybar with a 360 view. I can really recommend the hotel.

    A great example of customer service

    A nice hotel in an excellent location. Elevators have been mentioned. When you work out how they work it’s actually a good system! Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms are airy and very clean. AC worked perfectly in our room. We were on the 3rd floor at the front. So quiet even though you are at the front. We encountered an issue during our stay and Nawal Kayou Boukir, Guest Service was exceptional. She remedied the problem immediately and went above and beyond to enhance our stay. Nawal is an excellent example of someone who strives to provide exceptional customer service. We would definitely return. Thank you.
