Groups Policy: Iberostar will accept a maximum of 8 rooms traveling together to be booked as individual bookings. Any group of 9 rooms or more requires a traditional group contract. If your group unexpectedly exceeds 8 rooms, it is your responsibility to notify ALGV immediately, at which point the group will be converted to a contract based on Iberostar's current day group rates and cancellation policy. Failure to notify ALGV of large groups can result in the forfeit of the group. If you know in advance of making any bookings that your group will exceed 8 rooms, please reach out to ALGV for assistance.

A nice hotel in an excellent location. Elevators have been mentioned. When you work out how they work it’s actually a good system! Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms are airy and very clean. AC worked perfectly in our room. We were on the 3rd floor at the front. So quiet even though you are at the front. We encountered an issue during our stay and Nawal Kayou Boukir, Guest Service was exceptional. She remedied the problem immediately and went above and beyond to enhance our stay. Nawal is an excellent example of someone who strives to provide exceptional customer service. We would definitely return. Thank you.

Do not stay here! No working AC in any rooms . Elevators take forever to use. Restaurant is very limited. It smells like a musty old place. Staff was ok not very friendly. You will not get in a room until 3pm. Only nice thing is rooftop bar but you need to be a celebrity to sit on a couch up there. Again pick another hotel.

Pleasant stay
The room I was given the first day was loud and hot, the following day I was given a nicer room (thanks to the help of Ms Nawal from the clients services who made this happen). The location is amazing and very central. The pool and the roof top were very nice.

Wonderful weekend break
We stayed at Iberostar Selection Paseo de Gràcia for my wife’s 40th birthday weekend. It’s the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this hotel and this time paid a little extra for a balcony overlooking La Rambla and the square. We had great views of the city. You can’t beat the location of this hotel for walking access to all the main attractions of Barcelona (and there is a metro station 2 mins walk away if needed). The room was very modern and clean and serviced every day. The hotel has a rooftop terrace bar (the Sky Bar) which has amazing views and is very popular (including with non- hotel guests). All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and will defiantly stay here again.
