Star Camp is free and part of the all-inclusive experience at Iberostar and features more than 140 age-based activities based on the approach and theory of multiple intelligences, which advocates personal growth through cooperation.

very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. rooms were pretty spacious and always clean. first time here and would highly recommend. Rufino was a delight and always had a smile on his face! he always made my day. love the parrot in the lobby too. would come back again

Excellent vacation New Year’s Eve
We had a fantastic vacation and one of the reasons why is Christian Herrera the guest relation at star prestige Made vacation 10 times better. The food is excellent . The kids club was not very busy, the kids were exceptionally well take care of. The place is all rounded the road around it. The reputations are rounded through all everybody’s are exceptionally very nice.

Relaxing
Very nice and relaxing environment, food was delicious and the staff are very friendly. Rafino helped us our first day there, he took the time to explain all that the resort had to offer, he is the best! Me and my family will definitely be back!

Iberostar stay!
Rufino was the best! Super accommodating, friendly, and gave us great recommendations on things to do during our stay. Azael (Freddy) was so fun and always kept the party going. It truly felt like we stayed with family. We felt very welcome, and can’t wait to come back next year.

Paradise would be an understatement.
If you’re heading to Cozumel and looking for the perfect island in the sun then look no further than Iberostar waves. I have been in the industry for 15 years and the experience I had this previous week is unmatched. Truly the most perfect trip. From everything from the entertainment staff such as Azael, Gerry, Gisela, Fabian, Umberto and of course the talented dj parra to the bar staff Orlando in the pool, Edgar on the beach, and Raymundo for the perfect night cap to Carlos at every meal or Manolo at aqua fit or sunset yoga all of these people made us feel at home and made the trip so beautiful every single moment of every single day. We are so grateful to have met these people and for them to have made our trip so special. The memories that they helped create on this magical trip will never be forgot.
- AdvisoryThe Municipal Government will be charging all guests in the area of Cozumel an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum $75.99 pesos, ($4.00 usd approximately) per room per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the extraordinary beauty of the area.

STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family oriented environment, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group
without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.SPRING BREAK POLICY - The resort is a family oriented environment. Bookings traveling in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age. One parent or chaperone age at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.

SPRING BREAK POLICY - The resort is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. The valid period is March 1st, 2020 to April 30th, 2020. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
- One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
- In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
