5 star experience with Debbie at the Concierge

Our entire trip was fantastic, but Debbie at the concierge desk went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. Would highly recommend. If you travel to Iberostar Paraiso Beach, make sure you request Debbie for your personal concierge. It’s worth it.

Vacaciones Marzo 2025 Iberostar

Fueron unas vacaciones espectaculares. La señorita Marijo de concierge nos apoyó con las reservaciones de restaurantes y nos recomendó varias actividades. Conoce el hotel bastante bien. También quiero resaltar el servicio del joven Alexei Sánchez de recepcion. Definitivamente vamos a regresar.

Espectacular los dias que pasamos, quiero destacar la buena onda de Smith del grupo de entretenimiento y de Marijo que estuvo pendiente de todo lo necesario. Gracias por el amor que le ponen a su trabajo...Super recomendable, esperamos volver

Muy buena estadía, Marijo Ucan nos ayudó durante nuestro hospedaje con las reservas de restaurantes, los excursiones ect!!!!!!!!! Recomiendo que televisen los partidos de la selección argentina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great vacation- highly recommend

Clean atmosphere, lots of food options, lots of options for excursions, beach was busy most days- gotta get there by 10am to get a chair, bartenders are all amazing and quick- lineups don’t take long or there are waitresses who serve you on the beach if you prefer. They have a towel exchange hut and enough pool options, never over crowded. Great evening entertainment in lobby or theater. You have access to other 2 resorts for a fee but we stayed at beach waves. We also really enjoyed the gym and golf course right on site! We were very appreciative for conceige Marijo. We had issues booking a la carte restaurant because the app was having issues when we were there. She really pulled through and we got to go to 3 restaurants and she went above and beyond. Ask for her if you can :D
