El hotel es muy lindo, con estilo colonial, en un marco natural increíble , en el hotel hay flamencos, pavos reales, coaties y otras especies, que conviven en total armonía con los Huéspedes. La atencion del personal es muy buena y destaco en especial la atencion de el concierge Jay que estuvo en todos los detalles, y se ocupo de manera muy personal de un inconveniente que tuve fuera del hotel para que pueda solucionarlo. La gastronomia es muy buena .

Resort is geared on people that buys into their “timeshare”. Only could get 2 nights of specialty dinners,buffet food was same every night , chairs at pool and beach are VERY scarce and bartenders and our apple representative was very rude !! Our group has done these vacations for more than 20 years and have ages from 20’s to 60’s . For the price of this resort I expected so much more and was so disappointed. Please don’t fall for the presentation to get you to become a “member” we were told we would get free golf or spa for listening to the speakers and 3 out of 4 received Nothing for sitting for 4 hours !!!! So disappointed!!

Nice stay in Mexico
I liked my stay in Mexico. The activities were a lot of fun. Especially the archery was a lot of fun. The beach is beautiful and the food was really good (The mexican night at the buffet and the meat at the french Restaurant especiallly). Our room was clean and spacious.

Beautiful vacation.
Excellent hotel. The room very comfortable, the food is excellent with a variety of options and a beautiful pool where there are always activities for all tastes. And the staff very friendly. I want to highlight Jay: he was the one who received us, advised us, helped us with all the details and was attentive to our needs, always with a lot of kindness and sympathy, making our stay perfect.

Fabulous vacation time
We had a wonderful time thanks to the good, tasty and rich choice of food, the very good room, the large and clean pool area and the well-kept beach area. Especially we want to give our concierge Jessica a big compliment. She did an excellent job to help us especially in the first days, so that we could settle-in and start relaxing quickly!!
