Exceptional stay ! Outstanding service , exceeded our expectations .Thank you Intercontinental Lisbon ! ⭐️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay at InterContinental Lisbon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I arrived, the whole Guest Relations team went above and beyond to ensure a flawless experience A special thanks to the absolutely amazing Aires, whose exceptional service and attention to detail truly made my stay unforgettable ! I As a Platinum Ambassador, my status was not only recognised but celebrated, with an incredible upgrade to the Prestige Suite—such a fantastic surprise for a special occasion and undoubtedly the best suite I have ever stayed in worldwide ! A comfortable rollaway bed was promptly arranged for my 12 year old son too . The suite was spectacular, offering breathtaking views, luxurious comfort, and every amenity I could wish for. The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding—warm, professional, knowledgeable and always attentive. Breakfast was superb, with a fantastic selection and impeccable service. My experience was so outstanding that I have cut short my trip to the Algarve just to return for another stay this weekend before heading back to London! InterContinental Lisbon has set the bar incredibly high—I can’t wait to return! The hotel is in a nice area , very easy to reach central areas via Uber or walking . Thank you intercontinental Lisbon for such an amazing stay ! #InterContinentalLisbon #LuxuryTravel #BestSuiteEver #ExceptionalService

3 stars at the most
Geez it’s certainly not 5 star ! Our first impression was being greeted by a very grumpy barman who was inconvenienced to get us a drink 😳. I then had issues with room service. I had room service 3 nights in a row as I was alone for dinner & didn’t want to dine out. The club sandwich is seriously horrible ! Just make a normal club sandwich & don’t try to be too fancy. Next night, I had to download the menu from website as I had none in my room. When ordering, nothing was available from website menu. It took over 45 mins to get a menu delivered to my room. I think I rang 6 times just trying to get an order in. I ended up giving up on waiting for the menu & ordered a burger which came with cold fries & was soggy. 3rd night I had the lasagna which was good. Pillow are horrible - so soft & you need to fold them 10 times to get some traction under your head. There’s heaps of doormen at door but not one of them greets you as you come & go….not that hard. Housekeeping ran out of face washers . Had a fairly new room with a great view & good bathroom so that helped. We had 2 single beds & when requested a king, they could not do or move us. I know it’s all little things but you got to get these right before you call yourself 5 star.

Nice hotel and great staff
Like this property - our favorite brand in the IHG Group. Rooms great ( upgraded) and bar was fine ( a drunk was woken up after breaking a glass but other than that if was ok). Assistant at check-in was superb - only worked at the Intercontinental a couple of days ! We would hire her anytime😀

Excellent stay very friendly staff
Had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The best part is of course the location which is like 10 minutes walk to metro station and city center and 20 minutes drive to airport. View from 17th floor was amazing. Large, spacious rooms and super friendly staff. Everyone I interacted with, enjoyed the conversation and hospitality. Must consider next time

Unforgettable experience
Excellent hotel in Lisbon. Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff is really warm and welcoming and we were blown away as soon as we stepped into the impressive lobby. Room was comfortable and luxurious and the view over the park was beautiful. Breakfast selections were also amazing. Definitely a 5-star experience in Lisbon.
