The resort is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our butlers Armando and Houston were fantastic. The food was good, not great but the staff was friendly and took care of us. The beds were comfortable. I would not do a swim out room again just because you don’t use it as much as you would think.

Great time at the JOIA. Loved our time with butlers Houston and Armando. Good location, beach, and rooms. Bartenders Lely and Jacinto took care of us. Party on the boat was a great time. Food was good just a long wait time when the restaurant are full.

Amazing experience at the JOIA Bávaro
The resort is amazing and the staff are great. Houston and Armando took great care of us all week, including making arrangements for our big group as well as taking care of all of the small details along the way. I’d recommend this resort to anyone who is interested in enjoying a carefree vacation.

JOIA joy
Wonderful service, especially the butlers, Armoundo and Houston, they are the best! Rooms were spotless, everyone is so nice and friendly. Great layout and view of the ocean. Perfect amount of amenities and attractions. The JOIA was a pure joy!!!

Fun in the sun!
We had a wonderful time ! Houston took great care of us! Vibes were really good! Come and be ready to enjoy yourself! Surf and turf had the best food and the Japanese restaurant was good too! We had 7 couples and they worked to make sure we all had fun, had the restaurants we wanted and all the different activities like golf setup daily
