    Christopher was a great butler very welcoming very helpful Jamie was also very GREAT and we can die get Barris he treated me and my sister like princess they were on time if you ever come him make Sure you ask for them I had a great time thank you guys so much a time to be remembered because my butler service was amazing!!!!!!✈️☺️💕 CHRISTOPHER , JAMIE ,BARRIS ONE LOVE 🥰 HEAVEN 😉

    Christopher and rushaine were wonderful!! We appreciate the service that they provided! We can’t wait to come back! The food beach entertainment was also great Jamaica 🇯🇲 is the place to be all year round most amazing island in the sun 🌞 the people or very nice and always ready to help

    Jamaican vibes

    I reserved sn ocean view butler suite and enjoyed every minute of my experience. The view was spectacular, and the butler service was amazing. I traveled alone so I felt safe at all times. The resort was amazing but I also ventured out alone with a driver and explored some neighborhoods. I even took a day trip to negril which was amazing but the drive is not for the faint of heart. Lol. Enjoy the true beauty of jamaica at this fabulous resort

    Great personal customer service

    I am loyal customer of IHG and Iberostar and stayed many times in Iberostar Europe and Caribbean areas. This was my first trip to Iberostar Jamaica and here are my impressions in bullet format. Great property, great facilities, rooms and area. The only issue is the food. They don’t have buffet option for dining, only once a week and there is no booking option for a la carte restaurants. Which is kinda weird for me and my experience with other Iberostar properties worldwide. This is the only area for further improvements. And we have been impressed with level of personal attention from customer service manager Nadika. Fantastic person and top professional. She helped us a lot with our minor issues, she upgraded our room at no cost, and I really enjoyed her care and attention. Thanks Nadika! Hope to see you again next vacation!

    We have just returned from our 7th visit to this resort. we loved every minute of our visit. CHECK IN: Fast and efficient ROOM: well stocked with everything. When we arrived there were no snacks that was quickly rectified with a quick call and they were deceived. I don’t think they provide each room upon arrival, as a lot of people won’t eat them because the resort no longer offers prepackaged munchies instead they buy bulk and deliver them in jars. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. I have seen comments where people say their rooms have not been cleaned regularly. IF you flip your do not disturb sign over to come in please the housekeeping department will clean your room quickly and efficiently. The room comes complete with a beach bag and towels as well as sandals. The only deficiency we found with the room is the pillows are all foam. We are feather pillow or poly filled people so on our next trip we will bring our own. BEACH: The beach is well maintained and raked every morning. There are beach vendors however all you have to say is no thank you and they won’t bug you. The waitress on the beach is amazing she comes and goes at least every half hour if. It more. Water coolers are also set up on the beach every morning with plain water and infused water. FOOD: The food at this resort is nothing short of amazing. Everyone has a different palette having said that we very much enjoyed the Italian steak house, and buffets were amazing! We also went to the French restaurant but would only give that one a 7/10 as opposed to the others as 10/10s ENTERTAINMENT and ACTIVITIES: There is always something going on at this resort. Beach games such as Volleyball, horseshoes. Bocci ball, corn hole. there are pool games such as foam parties and aquafit. There is always nightly entertainment. you will never be bored. Staff: staff at this resort are top notch from the time you check in to time you leave. People who stand out for us are Bubbles in the entertainment crew, Judy a food service manager(I believe that is her title’) Butlers Kadeen, Rohan and Gary to name a few. Can’t wait for our next visit in March
