6 days of bliss

People were fun and friendly. Food was excellent. Grounds were well kept. Was a wonderful week!!! We got the swim out butler suite and it was exactly the right choice and having great people take care of you is the way to do it. Already talking with my wife about when we’ll be back.

Exceptional service and experience!

We had an excellent stay at JOIA Rose Hall and would definitely go back. The resort is very clean. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is nice and large. Bed was comfortable. We had a nice ocean view from our room. Service was impeccable! Food was decent for a resort. Never had a problem finding a spot by the pool or beach. Like other resorts, the good spots are taken early with folks putting towels down. We liked that we could go over to the other resort to eat or hang out just to switch it up. We never felt like any space was overcrowded except the restaurants for dinner so if we didn't want to wait we would just go to the buffet next door. The only negative was the sales presentation which we should have skipped. I would have given the resort 4 stars just because of that but we knew better and signed up anyway for the gift. Bad decision on our part. Don't waste time in the beautiful weather sitting through it.

Outstanding Service

I had the pleasure of experiencing Sue Yon’s outstanding guest service during my uncle’s birthday celebration at the resort. From the moment we arrived, Sue went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, making sure every detail was handled with care. Sue’s friendly demeanor and dedication truly made our experience memorable. She anticipated our needs, offered helpful recommendations, and added thoughtful touches that made the celebration even more special. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely committed to excellent hospitality. If you’re ever at the resort, I highly recommend seeking out Sue Yon—she will make your stay unforgettable! Paradise experience

Came with a group of friends to celebrate birthdays. Everyone truly enjoyed their stay. Top shelf liquor available. Awesome view. Staff was very accommodating. Food was delicious. Grounds were very well kept. Plenty of activities to fill our days. N

Sue Yon Soloman was the main reason why our trip was the best ever. She was attentive to our needs and very helpful in everything we wanted and needed.
