Ralston was amazing, very knowledgeable and so friendly. I loved Travis and Devon from the swim up bar, they really made my trip so fun. Kadeam was also amazing. Angel and Ashleigh ( I think she spells it that way) in the evening we’re so friendly and talked with us like we were old friends.

Amazing stay at the JOIA
The JOIA was amazing! Food was great, beach is excellent and the staff are really nice and friendly. Our butlers Rohan and Gary - our housekeeper Sharon - and the folks at the Star Prestige Lounge made the stay exceptional! The steakhouse and Italian restaurants are a must if u go here!

Fabulous!!!
What a wonderful week we spent at the Grand Rose Hall!! We have traveled worldwide but never have we been pampered like the staff does here! Every detail was well thought out and done with such care. Cassandra at the poolside bar went over and above to fix our drinks each day. All the restaurants from steak and seafood, Italian, French are fabulous….but the Japanese with the delectable sushi was our favorite! Our night at the hibachi grill was not only a fabulous show but also delicious! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel - you’ll be pampered to hilt!!

Excellent service on a professional level.
I have stayed here many times and I can honestly say that I love staying in this hotel. The rooms are beautifully finished to a high level. The resort is very nicely laid out with plenty of sun beds, clean towels, and litter free. The service in the Italian restaurant is exceptional and a Karen went above and beyond on professional level. This is the standard that other hotel should strive to reach. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Just Perfect
The resort was fabulous in all areas. A+ all the way. The beach was great and the water was warm. The beach is clean and lovely. The food was fantastic, the filet mignon at the steakhouse and the pasta at the Italian was very good. The buffet restaurant had more than you could possibly eat! The view from our oceanfront room was fabulous and the room was super clean and cozy. Our butler Rushane was so great! We had coffee from room service every morning on our balcony, perfect start to many great days. The activities and entertainment was lots of fun. Kayaking was a great activity and the ocean was clam and perfect. I can't say enough about ALL of the staff, the were so welcoming and friendly, they make your time there the best.
