    Kukui’s Restaurant on Kalapaki Beach tantalizes guests and boasts the best beachfront location. Now featuring expanded open-air views, enhanced sumptuous menus utilizing island fresh ingredients, and a new contemporary Toro-Tei sushi bar serving handcrafted specialty rolls and classic favorites. Open for breakfast and dinner, the friendly, casual, open-air restaurant features traditional favorites with an island flair. The resort’s Executive Chef Guy Higa creates unique flavors using locally grown products, including Kauai angus beef, Kilauea greens, goat cheese and Lappert’s ice cream. The most popular dinner items are prime striploin seak, prime rib and fresh opah.

Guests will enjoy beach favorites and Hawaiian-style plate lunches featuring local favorites such as teriyaki beef, kalbi chicken and imu-style kalua pig. Kalapaki Grill also features specialty smoothies and tropical cocktails, such as their signature “Kalapaki Krush,” a blend of midori liquer, ice cream mix, coconut syrup, fresh pineapple, mango puree and a Chambord float.
