  Beautiful beachside resort!

  Beautiful beachside resort with great staff! The hotel is classic 5 star service. We were well care for by the staff, from our welcome, to the poolside service and impeccably clean rooms! We had an Oceanfront room with a balcony and loved keeping the slider open in the morning to hear the ocean and see the amazing view. We went to the spa and each got the Kayanta signature massage. I've had quite a few massages over the years and I can honestly say this was one of the best. Thank you, Terese and Maribel for all the wonderful care! The pool was a quiet retreat and well kept. We were able to get chairs each day and enjoyed the poolside service. Food and Drinks were perfect! The brunch was amazing and the Casita restaurant on the beach was wonderful. We loved listening to the jazz in the Lounge. The staff was super kind and attentive at every restaurant.

  Scammed ny Expedia

  We got the deal from expedia as all inclusive package and were scammed! At arrival they told us that Kempinski is not all inclusive! Expedia refused to stand behind their all inclusive advertisement! Kempinski try to offer for additional $200/per day all inclusive solution so we can be ripped $600/day in total! Kempinski is not a 5 stars hotel, probably was 10 years ago when was Ritz Carlton , but now is no more than 4 stars

  Perfect stay at Kempinski Cancun

  We just got back from spending 5 glorious days at Kempinski Cancun. I can't say enough good things about it. The staff, from front desk to bellman to pool/beach to spa to waiters at breakfast- they were all helpful and friendly and they smiled all the time! The hotel is gorgeous. It is well maintained, elegant and immaculately clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the twice daily maid service! Anything "extra" that we needed was provided quickly (ex toothbrush). When we needed a taxi the hotel provided a taxi who they use all the time and the driver became our personal taxi driver for the duration of our stay! The spa is luxurious and we had wonderful massages. The pools are beautiful and have more than enough comfortable seating. Kempinski is a quick ride to/from the airport yet we never heard planes overhead. The absolutely only issue is that due to the weather recently the beach has had some erosion and is therefore quite narrow (for now), and there was a large area of the beach that was closed off to guests for safety reasons. That being said, we sat on the beach every day without it feeling crowded. The water is stunning- just as it looks in the photos. We hope that someday we can return to Kempinski!

  Elegance and royal treatment

  This is by far the best hotel to stay if you want royal treatment From the minute you walk in to the minute you check out. Elegant hotel, comfy beds, rooms are spacious and clean. The Fontino restaurant has by far the best service, food is delightful, but the service is even better. All I can say is elegance and royal treatment put together at this hotel. Loved it!!

  Breathtaking Beach & Exceptional Service

  Best hotel in Cancun if you want a luxury stay. Ask for Ruben or get help with a tour from Cristobal, they are exceptional at making your stay special. You will want to come back every year! Most beautiful beach and the best service in Cancun. I will be back.
