Great condo experience, with so many amenities
This was a great apartment/condo style living arrangement with great amenities and access to the Hilton Waikoloa Villages. We were in a 2 bedroom unit on the farthest edge of the property from the main building. This building had its own pool, and we had a golf course view, which is much better than the parking lot view. The farther building was fine, as it was a nice walk with goats, birds and other wildlife to see on the way to all of the activities and the great pools at the main building. We did yoga in the morning, played in the pool with multiple slides, and shopped for our supplies at the market in Waikoloa which had most of what we needed (if at a premium, but not much more than the rest of the island groceries). There were probably a lot more services we could've learned about there for the kids, and I believe a breakfast that might have been complimentary with the Hilton credit card maybe, unclear. We also went to the Hilton Waikoloa Villages, which is the real benefit of staying here - you get all perks like parking, pool towels and the guest pricing at the lagoon rentals for boats, and being able to charge to your unit at Hilton GVC. Having stayed later in our trip at Hilton Waikoloa Villages, you can really do this, and not stay there - you're able to experience everything driving in and parking for the day. The unit was a nice sized two bedroom, king/double queen with a queen sofabed in the living room. Full kitchen, laundry, dishwasher and supplies were there for use, and cleaning came to replace towels and clean kitchen the days were were there. The master bathroom had separate shower and bath (not jacuzzi), but the toilet room partition was a frosted glass attached to the shower. Even if you're close family, you might not want to use the shower while someone's on the toilet and seeing you shower through the frosted glass. All of the resorts and hotels have come up with weird shower/toilet situations now, and this was another example, and maybe the only negative. The building was clean and plain, no lobby.

January 2025 stay
We stayed for a week in a junior one bedroom suite. The suite is comfortable for 2 people. We had housekeeping, a bit hit and miss but always responsive when i called for whatever we needed. They replaced the garburator when we were there as it quit. Again, very responsive to fix it. We stayed in unit 24114 and it needs a new dishwasher. Beds is comfy. Bathroom is large. Pools are great and not crowded so lots of seating. Shuttles to the Hilton and shops are great. We stayed here before and will again.

The most beautiful hotel on the big island
What a beautiful hotel in the Big Island. We are so glad we chose here as we were tossing up between here and the Hilton down the road. The apartment accommodation was fantastic! We booked a standard room and got an amazing view of the gardens even if it did overlook the parking lot. having free parking here was fantastic and it also gives you access to the other Hilton where you can park for free. Just say you’re staying at the hotel. It was amazing to be able to use both pools. We loved the location and we loved the fact that we could cook in the room. Also to our surprise our room was serviced every day and cleaned very well. Prices at the hotel to eat and drink were typical hotel prices but having a car we would often go offsite or cook in our room. The bath products were excellent. The grounds are beautiful and any staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t feel pressure to attend the timeshare presentation but if you are inclined to do so and have a few days it could be worth your while. However, we only had five days and there was so much to explore. I definitely recommend having a car at this hotel as you are a little bit further away from things like the volcano or going to visit Hilo or the centre of Kona. I would definitely stay here again and it was the highlight of our trip around Hawaii. Being a gold member whilst we didn’t get an upgrade we felt it was such good value and a beautiful property.

Best Of The Big Island
this is the place to stay on the Big Island. Major golf discounts at the Waikoloa 27 hole course just for staying here, I played at least nine holes every day and saved hundreds. Pools are fantastic with waterfalls and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Everything you need for a great getaway, couldn't be any better.

Convenient stay on the Big Island
Truly enjoyed our stay at King’s Land. We were in Building 21 (the newest building) and there was a small pool conveniently located next door. The pool was great -not crowded, had a waterslide (but no towel service when we were there). I loved not having to pay $48/day to park my car and I loved that it took about 5 minutes to get from the hotel room to the car. The restaurant by the main pool had limited hours and a limited menu but it wasn’t a big deal because we stocked up at Island Gourmet and the Foodland at Mauna Lani. This was my first time staying in a timeshare and I definitely prefer this type of accommodation over a hotel room (that doesn’t have a dining table, a fridge, or a cooktop) We will be back HGV!
