Our guests are greeted by the exotic Polynesian dances and music of the Pacific Rim, highlighted by a Big Island Luau Buffet, featuring kalua pig, roasted chicken with mango and green peppercorn sauce, braised short ribs, a variety of tropical fruits, salads, fresh island fish, and a lavish display of island-style desserts. View the imu (underground oven) preparation the morning of the show at 8 a.m. complimentary. Doors for the luau open at 6:00 p.m. Imu presentation is at 6:40 p.m. , followed by buffet-style dining.     Wonderful stay

    I just wish all stays could be this good. This is what you dream about when planning your vacation. The only downside, there are not enough ocean views to go around, the golf course was nice too!

    Excellent resort with great amenities

    Room was extremely spacious, with good seating in lounge and dining, comfortable bedding, great showers, lovely deck with view over golf course, access to several swimming pools, close to a good snorkelling beach, close to shops and supermarket.

    The place is wonderful it has nice pools, wonderful sunsets, and great resort amenities. Always a great place to stay on the kohala coast

    Great place to spend time in Hawaii

    This place is great. The resort has everything, you don’t really need to go anywhere. We had a good time staying here. The front desk my not be too friendly but everyone else is great.

    Horrible experience

    This experience for my family has been horrible so far. It is the worst Hilton we have stayed. This is the 6th Hilton I have stayed in this year so there's lots to compare. The room was dirty and there was leftover food on the kitchen floor when we checked in. The walls are so thin I could hear the neighbors noise starting at 6 am until 11:30 pm when I finally called the front desk. You can hear the adjacent rooms people walking and slamming doors. I am on the top floor and did not expect to hear people walking in other suites. My daughter has asked if I said something multiple times when the noise is coming from other suites. The scheduled activities are great but other than that there are few redeeming qualities. My recommendation is to choose a different property. This is not Hilton quality.
