The best of the best
I came into our trip with high expectations after reading the reviews, but wow did this resort exceed every hope that I had for a luxurious, relaxing getaway. After arriving at the Cancun airport, we were quickly whisked away in a Tesla for the 1 hour, 10 minute ride to the resort. We were met with welcome drinks, cold towels, and our butler, David, who went over logistics and took us on a tour of the resort before ending in our room. At La Casa, you have around the clock butler service. Celeste and David were excellent, available by What’s App, and assisted with everything from ordering room service, arranging transportation, scheduling a private jelly fish lab tour (which was so informative), filling the soaking tub, and everything in between!! We were spoiled with gifts in our suite, from a chocolate turtle, a book about Xcaret, a birthday cake and sparkling wine, and even more. The suite was incredible - we were in Wellness 3104, which was the base level room. It was incredibly private, had a large pool, and lots of privacy. We preferred these suites over the high floors as the pools were a lot larger. Our butlers were able to turn up the temperature remotely, as requested. The food at the resort was by and far the best we have ever had at an all inclusive. We really enjoyed the restaurants, room service, pool menus, and our few meals at the sister resorts (Tah Xido omakase and Ha were standouts). We really enjoyed our lunch at Xal, especially the burger, totoaba fish and the cocktail in a shell!) Lumbre was our favorite dinner at La Casa, and I loved the fruited still life and the cafe de olla at Tuch de Luna for breakfast. The chocolate room was delicious to stop by for a treat, don’t sleep on the churros in there! Both pools (sky bar and the infinity pool) were lovely, as was the beach. We were able to see needle fish and rays swimming in the ocean. The on demand transportation to and from the parks and sister resorts were great! We walked back and forth to Arte., and loved the secret door. We didn’t do any of the exclusive experiences, as we wanted to dine at the resorts. I would love if they would bring back the sacred ritual or early morning river swim. I also wanted to mention the kindness of Paloma at the front desk - she went above and beyond for us, and was always so welcoming and kind. We absolutely plan to come back, as La Casa is truly something special.

Casa de La Playa 03/2025
We visited Casa de la Playa a couple of times and had a fantastic experience, especially at the Sky Bar pool. Miguel took great care of us—he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visits. His exceptional service truly enhanced our time there. We are always looking for him as soon as we get to the Sky Bar. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. With great service and a stunning setting, Casa de la Playa exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back! Thank you!!! Alamillo Family💎💎💎💎

Unforgettable experience
I had an amazing stay at La Casa de la Playa! The service was truly exceptional, and I want to especially highlight Laura and Memo. They were incredibly attentive, always available whenever needed, and made sure every detail was taken care of with great care and warmth. Their hospitality made my experience even more special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a luxurious stay. Can’t wait to come back!

100% recommended
The best hotel I have ever stayed in, one feels at home. All the staff always at the service, very friendly each and every one. Our butlers Laura and Memo always at your command, made our stay very comfortable, supported us with everything we needed, with questions, canceling and scheduling restaurants and activities. Laura and Memo responded very quickly and sent help to our rooms quickly. I love the butler service because any doubts are easy to clear with a simple message without having to make several calls, a single point of contact with them facilitates everything. We will definitely return because we feel we lacked time to enjoy more. My favorite restaurants are Tuch de Luna and Lumbre. I'm missing Centli, but that'll be the second visit. Thank you very much to everyone at Casa de la Playa

Wow! Incredible Experience!
Wow. This place is spectacular. It truly is a beautiful resort and service is on another level. We were hesitant to give it a try as we have generally avoided all inclusive resorts as the quality tends to be meh. But on a whim, due to the phenomenal reviews, we gave it a whirl- and boy are we glad that we did! This is not your ordinary all inclusive. Service- It really is next level. You are always addressed by name. If you ask where something is, you will not be told where it is, but offered to be escorted there. Communication was a breeze with our excellent butlers David and Celeste. You give them a 5 min heads up that you want to head to a restaurant or a park and a Yukon or Model X is waiting for you. The drivers were incredibly engaging and always friendly. We have stayed at a number of wonderful resorts/hotels and this may be up there as tops for service. Food- WOW. This is truly what stands out. As I said, quality was a reason we had generally avoided all inclusives. I honestly say, find me a better resort that has better food top to bottom. We at dinner at Xal the first night. I will say this was a bit of a miss. I think they were trying to be too creative with the menu. The service at dinner, though, was fantastic! Given the other food options, I can't say I'd recommend Xal for dinner. We did have maybe our favorite lunch at Xal, however. We ate breakfast every day at Tunche de Luna and the flavors were incredible. We also had lunch here one day that was excellent! We did the exclusive cenote dinner. The atmosphere was next level. Incredibly romantic. Harp player set up next to the waterfall. The food was very good, not excellent. I'd still very much recommend doing it as it is such a unique experience. We tried Kibi Kibi at Arte for lunch. We also had a great experience here. Ambiance is just ok, but the food was very good! Our last night we had dinner at Ha, at Xcaret Mexico Hotel. We were so confused on how this received a Michelin star...it should have received multiple. We recently dined at Per Se in NYC and this blew it out of the water. It's possibly the BEST meal we have ever had. Not a single course was just OK. The service was top notch as well. Not to mention, as a CDLP guest, it's included in your fare (otherwise it's roughly $250pp). Ha is not to be missed! Parks- We spend a morning at both Xplor and Xcaret. We had a wonderful time at both parks. I was under the impression that guests at CDLP get line bypass benefits at Xplor, but that was an incorrect assumption. We had an awesome time at Xplor, but lines were long at times. So bring your patience. Xcaret park was also wonderful. Definitely for the nature lovers. We did the river Azul swim and it was a blast. You definitely could spend 2 days at Xcaret park and not see it all. We would come back again in a heartbeat. You will be so well taken care of. And the food. We would come back just for that! Thank you Casa de la Playa!
