Wonderful, relaxed luxury. All the staff was very attentive and bent over backwards to make our stay special. Special call out to Miguel at the wet bar and Kevin in the lobby bar who encouraged to try new food and cocktails. Great barmen there as well. Also huge thanks to Kyoshi and Laura who helped with a spot of shopping and were always attentive to our needs.

Went to check in. They informed me they couldn’t give me a 2nd or 3rd story room (I inquired about it before booking and they confirmed they were able too) wanted to put me on the first floor with no view of the ocean. Ended up paying 4k extra to upgrade my room. Service was good, food was below average.

Love La Casa de La Playa
I love this hotel. The service is outstanding, the hotel is beautiful, amazing food and wonderful beach. It is great to go as a couple and also with friends. David Vega and Guillermo Balderas were very attentive during all of our stay and helped us with everything we needed

Well seasoned traveler here. Been around the world and stayed at many high end hotels. The service, location, food and attention to detail is superb and unmatched by any other. Had the opportunity to meet Armando. Decided to become a member with his great knowledge and ease of dealing that made it easy and not at all pressured. Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the best of the best.

An amazing honeymoon
My wife and I went here for our honey moon and it was wonderful. Everything was beautiful and amazing. Really hard to put into word how beautiful this place is. We originally were going to stay in Arte for our honeymoon, but they had other plans and made it there mission to make this a special trip for us. They upgraded us to casa la playa a beautiful hotel where we met our amazing butlers Silvia Benitez & Guillermo Balderas who never fails to make our trip nothing less than spectacular. 10/10 experience!
