My wife and I went here for our honey moon and it was wonderful. Everything was beautiful and amazing. Really hard to put into word how beautiful this place is. We originally were going to stay in Arte for our honeymoon, but they had other plans and made it there mission to make this a special trip for us. They upgraded us to casa la playa a beautiful hotel where we met our amazing butlers Silvia Benitez & Guillermo Balderas who never fails to make our trip nothing less than spectacular. 10/10 experience!

Well, don't trust the ads by this hotel. I had a terrible experience. I booked the hotel with excitement, but I was informed that all the special activities were not available 1 month in advance. These activities were still advertised on their website, which amounts to false advertising. I'm left wondering why I'm paying significantly more than at Arte for this hotel. To make matters worse, my emails inquiring about the situation were completely ignored.

Wonderful experience at casa de la playa
I can't wait to share my fantastic experience at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely amazing. The facilities were sparkling clean, and the food was nothing short of five-star quality! But what really blew me away was the incredible service from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing less than perfect. A huge shoutout to Victoria, Laura, and Neftali—thank you for being so attentive and thoughtful! Must try Playa
This was an amazing trip. The grounds hotels restaurants and everything about it was perfect. Pools are beautiful and the service was awesome. Memo and Sylvia were amazing at making sure we had all we needed and wanted for our entire stay. Very highly recomended!!
