It's a Beautiful Condo with Many Wonderful Features
We stayed in condo #231, on the third floor. The grounds are beautiful, as is the condo we stayed in. We had a stunning view of the ocean, which we enjoyed from our deck overlooking the pool and grounds. Everything was absolutely lovely! The bed is comfortable, both air conditioning units worked wonderfully in both the living room and the bedroom. They were so appreciated when the offshore hurricane made it too windy to leave the windows open. My only complaint, which is very small, is that there are only four plates and four dinner forks in the kitchen. There are plenty of cups, glasses, spoons and knives, but having only a limited number of plates and forks became a daily annoyance. We hand washed the forks and bought paper plates so we didn't have to run an almost empty dishwasher every day. This is a luxury condo, and we felt having an adequate supply of dishes should be expected.

Very nice beach front
We very much enjoyed our stay at Lae Nani. Condo was sparkling clean, no harsh air fresheners ~ the bathrooms are new and the full size washer & dryer was such a plus! No shortage of towels, blankets, pillows & beach gear (cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards & snorkel gear). The kitchen was fully stocked w/ everything you'll need from baking to cooking pans. We were so grateful to have A/C in the bedrooms as many condos don't have it. Can't say enough about the VIEW & the sounds of the crashing waves!! It is the best view on the whole property! Loved our own personal beach right in front & the Lava Lava restaurant right next door. The Hawaiian decor completed the whole package. We will stay here next time we visit Kauai! Mahalo!!

This review is ONLY for unit 225 managed by Outrigger
We were referred to Lae Nani by a friend. Instead of going through Air BNB or VRBO, we booked through Outrigger, which as it turns out, only manages 2 units! First of all, I was verbally told the unit had air conditioning - it did not. Due to health issues, I would never have booked a unit without it. I am not a neat freak by any means, but this unit was dirty and dated. The carpet was filthy, there was paint peeling from the kitchen cabinets and we had ghost ants! There was dirt and rust around the windows. Desperately needs updating. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! Fabulous landscaping. Lovely pool. Great view of the ocean and great access. It was our first time in Kauai and we loved it and the property, just not the unit we rented. Will definitely go back, but not to this unit.

Great location
We really enjoyed our time at Lea Nani. It's on the east side of the island so it's close to shopping and restaurants. The ocean is close so you can hear the waves at night. Our unit did not have air conditioning but some do. It really wasn't a problem because of the trade winds at night.

Beautiful view and great condo
Beautiful grounds and quiet area. We stayed in condo 425. It had an amazing view of the ocean. Air conditioning in all rooms and everything we needed. It is an older resort but it is well maintained and gated. Would definitely stay again in #425.
