Not Recommended: Language Barriers and outdated facilities

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although my room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, the overall experience was marred by several issues. The facilities, particularly the gym, are outdated and in need of renovation. Furthermore, the hotel's communication seemed to cater primarily to Spanish-speaking guests, with delays in providing information in English. To better serve international guests, I suggest hiring staff who are proficient in both English and Spanish. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel until these issues are addressed.

Hotel Golden Tower

Great room, clean, comfortable, spacious, good location, hotel staff is always available to help, breakfast is good, the hotel has some good views to the city especially if you are in upper floors, pool is ok. What I liked the most is that the room has good illumination, I visited several hotels when at night the illumination it´s really poor it is difficult to search for things as lights are not enough to illuminate completely the room.

Top Hotel

Breakfast and Room‘s are always a 5/5. Food is changing daily at Breakfast and the Room‘s are very clean. You can See at some Parts of the Hotel, like the Pool or the Fitness that it‘s a bit older but for that Price it is a top Hotel. Greets to our friend Edgar at the Reception.

Not recommended.

So many things wrong with this stay, elevetors do not work correctly, parking is cumbersome, breakfast is awful for the prices you are paying per night. The rooms are not comfortable. Staff was very rude when we asked them to change our room because the air conditioning was not working.

Uno de Los mejores hoteles en Paitilla

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Panama City, I recommend it 100%. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, the chopped steak and the sausages were too salty. Uno de Los mejores hoteles que me he quedado en la Ciudad de Panama, lo recomiento 100%. Lo unico que no me gusto fue el desayuno el bistek picado y las salchichas demaciadas saladas.
