The room was very comfy, the restaurants are great, Yenifer Mercado is the GOAT. And this is the best hotel I have ever seen, always going here again. I already been here before, it was in 2014 and in 2016. And the 9 year wait has finally finished.

Great hotel to vacation with family
Excellent hotel to vacation with family. Very good amenities and direct access to the beach. Food was very good and multiple options. There are lifeguards in each swimming pool, but special mention to Arismel, the lifeguard on Torre del Mar, who was very helpful with our kids. He knew our youngest couldn't swim yet and made sure to keep an eye on him whenever he was in the pool helping us feel at ease poolside

Wonderful days in Cartagena
Excellent and friendly for families, safety and very pleasant environment. The beach is safe and quiet. The kindness of the staff is very outstanding. The price of the food could be reviewed and the menu more varied. Thanks Kenier Fernandez

Las Americas a great experience!!!
Everything was great as always!!! Pool staff and lifeguard Arismel were very friendly!! Food was unbelievably testy! Good rooms conditions!! We totally recommends both torre Del Mar and Casa Del Mar premises.. if you are coming to Cartagena, this hotel must be your choice!
