    Great resort!

    The resort was clean, staff were very attentive to everyone’s needs. The pool area was clean and life guard Juan Carlos was very helpful with recommendations and the safe zones!

    10th floor terrace

    It was an excellent time here the service and ambiance was incredible. Yeico y Harold are tremendous with their services around the pool and bar. I look forward to coming back with a mamasita.

    Great time at the pool

    We had a great time at the pool. The personal was amazing. Jean Carlos was always attentive to all detail, very friendly and polite. I definitely recommend not missing this experience.

    The Best Experience in Cartagena

    Our stay at Hotel Las Américas Casa de Playa was truly unforgettable. The facilities are top-notch, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beach access is unbeatable. What made our experience even more special was the exceptional service from lifeguard Kenier Fernández. Not only was he professional and attentive on the beach, but he also gave us fantastic recommendations for local attractions, dining spots, and activities that made our trip even more enjoyable. His friendly attitude and deep knowledge of the area added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. The hotel staff overall was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was perfect for both relaxation and fun. We felt safe, cared for, and completely at ease throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cartagena—especially if you get the chance to meet Kenier! --- Let me know if you'd like a shorter version for other platforms or a Spanish translation too.

    Look Elsewhere for Better Service in Cartagena

    I had one of the worst service experiences ever at Hotel Las Américas in Cartagena. My partner, a friend, and I had scheduled two early morning spa massages in advance, and when we arrived at the spa at the scheduled time, the staff canceled them on the spot. Not only was this extremely unprofessional and inconvenient — especially after waking up early to be there — but the way the staff handled it was shockingly rude. It wasn’t just the cancellation itself that was disappointing, but the complete lack of courtesy and respect when delivering the news. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this price point. I strongly recommend staying away from this facility. Cartagena has many other hotels with far better service, ratings, and guest care. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
