    Excellent experience

    Very good stay, gastronomic offer of the hotel, very clean pools, excellent service of beach umbrellas, security in all facilities, very attentive lifeguards. Just for improving the structural condition of the slide ladder in the beach house pool as it looks quite corroded and lacks reinforcement.

    It is located in a good area with good access , has many meeting rooms The facilities are very good , modern and pleasant has 09 swimming pools 1 of them on the 10th floor with bar and restaurants . Good treatment from staff as well as lifeguards Arismel and Harold who are attentive all the time especially if they come with family

    Excellent service

    We had an excellent experience in the hotel, the staff was very friendly and the attention of Kenier Fernandez was spectacular. However, the hotel should maintain beach umbrellas, as some were in poor condition.

    Its staff is always willing especially Wilson the lifeguard of the sea tower pool who is always attentive to any emergency. The facilities are kept clean and organized for the enjoyment and tranquility of its guests.
