    Our experience at Las Palmas by the Sea was amazing, very friendly people. The staff are very kind! The bar men are excellent. Would recommend 1000000000%. The bedroom and room cleaning service is excellent. As is the food. We loved everything about our stay!

    Location is wonderful and staff is so friendly and thorough. Lots to do around the area and everything felt very safe

    Las Palmas was a great resort for a less expensive price. Rooms are definitely minimal but everything else exceeds standards. It’s all inclusive, so you’re eating and drinking all day. The food options are so versatile to everyone’s diets and the Mexican food is actually very good. Try the chilaquiles. David, the bartender in Coco lobby, exceeded expectations along with all of the staff. David was so friendly and conversed with me in English because my Spanish is minimal. He definitely stood out and was a huge highlight of the trip. We looked forward to spending time at the bar just to talk to him about local food, recommendations, etc. this resort is genuinely beautiful, I just wish I would have paid a little more for a more luxury room. No complaints. SI SE PUEDE!! Also preach to the house keeper. She was soooo trustworthy and made sure our room was swept, cleaned and left at more than better standards than we left it… we never caught her name but she was amazing. Shoutout to my reception girl. She was so helpful and attentive.

    Jessica and Ulises were absolutely amazing! These two servers were exceptional and they really made our stay very pleasant. The rooms are clean the hotel is kept very clean and David the bartender is absolutely amazing as well. Thank you so much.

    I have to say Jessica snd Ulises were absolutely amazing! This was our first time at the resort and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Our flight was delayed by a day to go home and we were super excited! The staff at the hotel have been very accommodating to us.

    Love Las Palmas

    If you want to be treated exceptionally then Las Palmas is your place. It’s my second time here in a year and my mom’s 30th year returning and it’s so sweet. The staff is phenomenal: Antonio, Martin, Nacho, Guadalupe, Manuel, Felipe, Lupita🩵
