    Service was great. I would recommend. Yennifer Perze was very very helpful! The weather. was wonderful. Food was was and the variety was great.

    My experience at LHVC was enhanced by the attentiveness & experience of guest services, especially Yennifer & the FD

    Jennifer Perez is an excellent representative of guest services lifestyle holidays. She is informative, patient and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed having her assist me in navigating theocracies of the lifestyle. Holidays programs deeply appreciate her attentiveness and patience.

    Stay Away!

    Old, dirty, terrible food, unfriendly and uncaring staff. Not impressed at all by this resort or the “lifestyle” they try to sell you or the indifference they showed us when we said no thank you for the 100th time. To top it off, I left an expensive white foldable travel hat on the bed and when I called later in the afternoon the “Service Dept” said it was not found. I will say that it could have been thrown in the laundry by accident. But it would have been a nice gesture to contact me if it was found.

    The trip here was better than the last time we were there. We were there with our friends who are members. They had access to the internet at all times and were able to use their safe. We were not able to use the safe. It’s in the room, why not? The internet was only available to use 1 hour a day. We were never even able to log in for that hour even tho we inquired and they show us. Just wouldn’t let us in. Internet is on the property, why is there a charge to use? We NEVER had hot water for showers. Luke warm 2 days. Why pay those fees and not even get hot water? We did have excellent food while there, Never have had a stay without some kind of problem. We will see about coming again.
