Feb 02, 2025THIS HOTEL WILL SCAM YOU
Do not stay at this hotel I repeat do not. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures pool was dirty and the beach access was completely destroyed from the storm. Not just that but u got scammed out of 320$ from this hotel a month later after my stay. Originally they ask for a copy of your credit for any damages but they inform you they won’t charge it or authorize any charges without your permission. When I left the hotel I had asked them to check the room and told them since there isn’t any damage that they should get rid of my credit card copy. Well they kept it and a month later I got a 320$ charge on my credit card I tried calling but they send me straight to hold

Sep 07, 2024The best stay experience of the island
I loved it here. My wife and I enjoyed. My wife brought me for my bday. I was greeted with warm arms by Akeem. He was the first to administer over and beyond hospitality. Helped me and advised me of the island and just good conversation. Adell, I have no words. She is phenomenal. She gave us so much care and attention. 5 star. I absolutely love her upbeat, positive, and loving personality. Vikay, Shamel, Jeron, and Emelda. The bartenders were awesome. The jerk chicken was amazing. St Thomas owes me nothing. Wonderful experience.. The housekeeping and all was amazing. The culture and experience was met.

Hotel is nothing to write home about. The location for a quick trip is great as can walk to the airport. The grounds need a lot of TLC. The sandy area that's on the website is still not repaired since IrMaria. I know things take time but c'mon man. If you don't have it take it off the website. The check in staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was fantastic. Now this is going to sound negative but a positive. We had a major not well cleaned issue in our bathroom. Not going into details but it was nasty. When we went to the front desk they were super apologetic and in shock as well. They said it would be taken care off first ting in the morning (cleaning crew gone for the day). The next day we went out and when we came back everything was spotless!!!!! Kudos, I know no one is perfect and people miss things so we weren't upset. Mistakes happen and how it's handled makes all the difference. It was handled and then some so thank you to the cleaning staff and front desk staff that jumped on it.

If only the kindness and charm of the front desk staff could fix these walls...
Although my other half and myself chose not to stay here, I decided perhaps I should share our thoughts. We had this booked for our last night stay in St. Thomas, we arrived and after pulling the front door slider open, then having to close it behind us, driving around back to see some local men hanging out who we assumed worked there, the "laundry & supply" facilities out back, the giant holes in the old building itself, we did not feel it suited our needs or comfort. We didn't feel safe here. Though the view of two women happily hanging in the pool down below, the photos on their booking page are NOT at all what you will see when arriving. It's a shame. As we love St . Thomas and perhaps this hotel needs more funds obviously to make repairs and update EVERYTHING, including the lobby with the 1970's 'charm', it wasn't our up of tea whatsoever. They are, however, right next door to the airport, so folks can walk there if need be. We can only hope they acquire what's needed as it's so convenient and of course, part of the beautiful island of St. Thomas whom we have fell in love with!

Avoid this place!
Terrible customer service. From checkin to checkout. Everyone here is rude and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. Stay somewhere else. Sink water is yellow and gross. Showers have terrible pressure. Smells like septic outside. Restaurant is open sometimes. Whenever they feel like it. Went to go eat breakfast and it was closed. Their response was "sometimes we are closed on Tuesdays". I asked if they can comp a taxi somewhere else to eat and was told no. So it would have cost $80 round trip for 4 people to go get breakfast somewhere else. Update: Manager comments this is a fake review because I targeted both of his establishments and can’t stay at two places in one day. Yes you can, we stayed at emerald bay one night and then checked out and delta put us up the next night at Lidenbergh. No wonder both Emerald Bay and Lindenburgh are terrible. Needs new management. You would have seen this info if you looked into it. Let’s see what he says now……
