The service abroad was excellent. Our Butler, Eric (?last name?) was superior, made sure we had everything we needed and assisted with excursions! Only area for improvement would be music / live entertainment along the beach and the VIP beach bar needs some attention…

Apr 04, 2025Favorite vacation spot for the beach
This was our third time going back to live Aqua. The service is incredibly impressive and everyone will beat you with a smile and answer any questions you have this time I paid a little extra for the honeymoon suite and I don’t regret it at all. It came with a couples 35 minute spa session, but my husband Gave me his 35 minutes and they allowed us to use it for a full one hour session there was also a romantic dinner on the beach, which was one of my favorite memories. Even if you don’t go with the honeymoon suite, I would highly recommend looking into it. They also were given a poolside cabana for a day and a romantic breakfast, including a bottle of champagne. Our room concierge was fantastic. Definitely ask for Ivan. He was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or requests. After Ivan left, Jonathan took over for the night and was fabulous, as well. I highly recommend seeing if you could request them. The beach was a little busier than the past two times I went, however, I love the beach set up because you are not in rose on top of each other. The beach chairs are spread out. And the service down by the beach at the bar was great. Angelo and Raquel are incredibly kind And funny and are quick to check in if you need anything to eat or drink. Last year we went to a different resort and it was too hectic for us. We like the energy of live aqua, but also the quietness. Definitely recommend checking it out.

This is a must do trip, the workers were nice and helpful, they didn’t try to take away from anyone else.
The hotel was beautiful from walking in, to the room and the balcony with the swimming pool, and the view was chef’s kiss. Our Butler (Smerlyn) was everything. Jhonny made a parrot out of a pineapple for drinks and the food was good, we tried every restaurant.

A Week in Paradise
My husband and I enjoyed our trip and cannot wait to return. The service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful, we loved the variety of food provided at the different restaurants. Our room was just a pictured. There were activities all day long. With the service, food choices, activities, and quality... it was like a cruise experience on land. We want to give a shout out to our butlers Jose and Junior as well as just one of the many great waiters, Confesor.

Best vacation my wife and I have had. Absoluty relaxing.
This experience has been the best I’ve ever had. The staff, the food, the pools, the entire experience were absolutely amazing. We were so relaxed the entire week. The scents in the lobby and restaurants were so nice. Thank you so much Yrani, Yohangel, Salvador, and Wambdy.
