    Edouard is the best!

    Edouard was so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived pool side. He helped us find chairs for our whole group at the busiest time. Having this wonderful welcome just set the tone for our whole trip! His willingness to go above and beyond for us was so appreciated.

    No place like it

    This was my fourth trip to Live Aqua and I swear it gets better every time. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained with the most amazing smell! A special shout-out to Marco at the juice bar, who is the smiliest and sweetest human ever, Jeremias at brunch in Siete, who had champagne waiting for us every morning, and Ricardo, the most energetic, funny, engaging, and talented entertainment head ever. This man can dance AND make you laugh! Our girl's trip +1 was unforgettable and we can't wait to go back. xoxoxo

    Edouard has been great! We love his help!

    Edouard was fantastic and very personable. We appreciate is help setting up our Cabana each day. I love his positive attitude and his friendly attitude. We will back to Live Aqua because of people like him. The beach is stunning and the property is so awesome.

    Outstanding stay

    Beautiful hotel very clean great location beach and mall. Great staff friendly helpful and always smiling. Great variety of food and restaurant. The food is outstanding service is super. We will definetly go back for a longer period like 3 weeks

    The Live Aqua should be called the EXCELLENCE!

    The service was remarkable! Excellent! Superb! Allan ( luggage) was Excellent . Eladio / Romero Excellent ( Bultlers) Flavio / Francisco ( Cabana) Excellent, Willian / Rudolfo MB restaurant Excellent, Alejandra ( Pool waitress) Excellent, Oscar breakfast bar Excellent. Eli, & Hector Bartenders Excellent. I can not say ENOUGH about Live Aqua ! We will be back. Look for me Karen Green ( Chaffman)and Carla Moctezuma ! Coming back soon ! Love you guys !😊😘
