In my experience when I went the staff is only looking to get tipped. They do not give good service at the bar open to 1pm. Bad energy and at the VIP the server didn’t want to give us drinks. I didn’t like feeling like the staff only wants money. I got sent a dolphin experience book to the hotel and the staff did not deliver it to my room. In fact I went down and called and they said they did not have it. It was my last few hours at the hotel and they were barely looking. It wasn’t until I started crying that magical my items appeared. Would only recommend if your looking to ball out and tip people way more then you would normally and your going to be paying American prices.

Beautiful resort! Wonderful service. When you arrive and throughout your stay you will feel like you are home. Victor and Paco were outstanding along with everyone else at the resort will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone that is looking to enjoy a fantastic vacation

Looking for a place to go that will make you feel like a celeb? AQUA LIVE is it!
My wife and I have been looking for a resort we could go to each year and make our regular vacay. Happy to say we returned for our second vacay in January 2025! We always choose AQUA CLUB level / Do it, you won’t be disappointed ~ Arturo and Stephany our amazing butlers, took very good care of us! We really didn’t need much this trip because we were so burnt out from work - and, Arturo and Stephany made our dinner reservations and helped with our mini bar preferences. The club level is the only way to go… it’s WORTH IT! Why don’t I have photos? Because I was too busy relaxing! The spa was also a 10/10. The food was delicious and you have many options. Are you vegan? Options. Have allergies? Options. Eating healthy? There is a gym and plenty of healthy options. Want to binge eat and drink? YES! You can also do that! We are trying to find a way to go before Jan 2026. We cannot recommend this place enough. Close to the airport, easy to access all facilities, the amazing butlers will take care of you, and you will love the aqua lounge - complete with high quality drinks, Nespresso coffee machine, light bites, snacks, and THE VIEW! The amenities are Molton Brown UK. The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning. The halls have the most decadent scent that triggers vacation! This was a great experience! The many pools will keep you cool and in the sun! The activities are easy to participate in or opt out of. You will also love the beach and the views. We will definitely be back! (Hopefully sooner than 2026!) Special shout out to Arturo and Stephany for a great trip. Thank YOU for EVERYTHING! Special thanks for a VIP check in and check out! You will feel like a celebrity sipping sparkling wine, as you enjoy the view while checking in, as they whisk away your luggage and you fill out your paperwork. This place allows you to truly unplug and enjoy your time away. Can’t wait to see you all again VERY SOON!

Must dine at Siete at Luve Aqua!
The resort was great! One of our favorite experiences was having a wonderful meal with the best service at Siete! The drinks, the food and especially the service was SUPERB! Elizabeth was extremely attentive and fun! Raphael and Jesus fed us well! And Ivonne, the manager was so wonderful. She was in charge of the event night on Thursday and it was also amazing!!

Feels like home!
Amazing place that me and my wife keep coming back! The service is the best!!! John goes out of his way to make you feel at home and singlehanded the reason our stay is smooth and without hiccups! Also chef Willy at MB, Miguel, Hector, Demian at the pool services. Lady at the spa!
