Feb 03, 2025Unique Experience and Our Butler
We just returned from a fantastic 4-day stay at the Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, and it was truly unforgettable! We stayed in a swim-up suite, which was perfectly located for easy access to the pool. However, what really elevated our experience was our butler, SENEL. Interestingly, we weren’t informed about having a butler when we checked in, but Senel reached out the following day to introduce himself and connected with us through WhatsApp. He immediately helped us secure a reservation at the Teppanyaki restaurant when we couldn’t get one ourselves upon arrival. His attentiveness and proactive nature made all the difference. Senel was incredibly sweet and thoughtful—leaving extra treats in our room, checking in with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed, and even making our departure seamless by handling our check-out process. He stayed with us in the lobby to make sure we caught our transfer to the airport without a hitch. If you’re staying in a Unique room category, definitely request Senel! As for the resort itself, the Unique beach and pools were nice, but we personally preferred the adults-only area for its tranquility—no noisy kids around. When we return, we’ll absolutely book a Unique swim-up room again, and we’ll definitely be requesting Senel!

The hotel is very nice and the room are beautiful however we upgrade to Unique and pay 2400$ usd MORE and it didn’t worth the price. In 5 days we have been kick out from UNIQUE space because they host a private event so we was not able to enjoy the restaurant or the bars.

Happy time in lopesan consta bávaro
This hotel is amazing place really clean beautiful all the areas are in great condition all the staff are always happy and friendly we love animation team they are the soul of this hotel they are all day happy and all the crazy things that that do all the time we feel so happy to come here Randy big mama ,perla negra kelvin francisco pinky Nicole chocolate 🍫 all you guys are the best ✅

Unique experience
Me and my wife came for a week during the middle of January we stayed in a unique swim out and we had a amazing time. Our butler ISAURY was great and did all our restaurant reservations and was promit with any issues we hand. The service at the unique bar/beach and buffet was great, food was above average for a AI resort. The beach has flour white sand and was our favorite spot to spend the day, some people I've seen have complained about the excursion boats being in the water we honestly liked watching them coming and going. They don't smell or leak fuel nor are they on lopeasans portion of beach. Over all would highly recommend and would go back

This was an excellent vacation, and we highly recommend this hotel for families.
We stayed at this hotel with our family this year and were very satisfied. It offers excellent value for money. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. There is plenty of space to walk around, and the hotel grounds are very green and well-maintained. We had no issues with our room — the air conditioner worked perfectly, and the outlets were compatible with all types of hair dryers and styling tools. The hotel territory is very impressive, and there is a wide variety of food available. Some reviews mentioned that breakfasts are repetitive, which could be true, but the selection is so extensive that you can make it different every day. The food is of very high quality and delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the drinks are excellent. The beach is beautiful as well. The only downside is the boats that are often docked nearby. This can sometimes make swimming less comfortable due to a slight smell of fuel. However, this didn’t significantly affect our overall experience, as you can easily swim a bit further to the left or right of the hotel’s beach. Overall, this is a great place for families with children. There is plenty of space for kids to play, and the water park is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating toward children, making the experience even more enjoyable. We were very happy with the housekeeping as well. It’s a good idea to leave small tips, which are greatly appreciated but never expected. If you need anything, like extra bedding or more frequent changes, the staff is happy to help upon request. Communication was easy and pleasant — being polite and friendly goes a long way. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The atmosphere was wonderful — friendly, engaging, and entertaining. There were family-friendly discos, fun activities, and plenty to do without feeling overwhelmed. Everything was tasteful, cheerful, and never boring.
