Best trip ever! The lobby bar at the Lopesan was the spot and we had the best service from Tatiana Solis, Angelica cuevas, Katheryn de la Cruz, yeniffer lMy y Los barman yonahta. Peña, y Luis Guzman, and Franklin books, y La super noemi abreu <3 the best party with these three! The resort is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. These servers made the experience all the more better with our friends.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lopesan. The biggest downfall was the weather but that is not anyone’s fault. It rained very heavily for most days on our trip and the grounds became very messy. I was shocked by how much work the staff did to make everything look nice again, they did a wonderful job. The rooms were very well maintained, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the patio area is cozy and spacious. The beach is stunning, not sure why there are negative reviews there. There was some seaweed but it is a beach after all and that can depend on the season. The pools were wonderful and the kids loved the foam party. There is no pool bar which was a downfall for us but they do drink service at the main pool which made up for it. The water park was also a lot of fun for all ages. Our kids are 9 and 13. The restaurants were amazing. Great, attentive service and very easy to get a reservation on the app. Most of the food was very good, some was just okay. We loved the teppanyaki but did not enjoy the a-la-carte options at that restaurant. The French restaurant was my favourite! The buffet for the most part was fresh and hot, service there was also wonderful and very prompt. Room service is 24 hours, the selections are small and it’s not always super hot but we expect that on a big resort. The drinks are mediocre, nothing super fancy for a five star resort but still enjoyable. No complaints there. The boulevard is super cool. I’ve never seen anything like that on a resort. There’s an escape room, bowling alley, teens club, clinic, tons of shopping options, a sports bar, coffee shop and dance club. The vegetation on the walk to get there is insanely beautiful. Everything is very clean and well kept. The resort is big but VERY walkable. You do not need golf carts to get places but if you do struggle with mobility issues then this resort might not be for you. The reason I did not give 5 stars is staff could be friendlier, some seemed irritated but I never had poor service. They didn’t always seem happy but got the job done. Some also went above and beyond and were extremely friendly however. I also felt like drinks and room service could have been better and the entertainment/music by the pool was not consistent. Overall I still loved our trip and thought this resort was stunning. I hope you enjoy your stay, we sure did despite the rain. Vacation is what you make it :)

Ask for Jimmy!!
I just visited this resort last week and had an amazing time. The resort is beautiful and everyone is encountered on the trip from checking in at the Unique checkin area to the bell hop, servers, and bartenders, all were amazingly helpful and polite. I want to highlight my wonderful butler, Jimmy!! He was helpful in every way from the moment he introduced himself to me and helped me with my bags. We exchanged WhatsApp info and that's how you contact him during your stay. He answered all my questions, walked me to my room when I got lost and arranged my spa appointment to meet my schedule and availability. He was hands down the best butler I have ever had!! The food was good- must have is El Charro!! This resort was too big for me to experience everything in four days but the theatre, spa, beach, coffee shop and Mexican restaurant were my highlights! Run, don't walk to this resort and ask for Jimmy!!

Got to Hotel and registration was quick. when we got to the room it was a 2 bed when we requested a one bedroom. When back to front desk and waited almost 3 hours and Manager Guerrero told us to stay in our current room and that he would call us if a room is available. Unfortunately his response was improper and I got heated. 30 minutes later the room was available. No need to lie to clients if they have availability. Need to improve or provide Managers training. The rest of the services were excellent.

Amazing Stay
I spent 3 nights at Lopesan. My experience was amazing. The property is huge and well maintained. The resort had everything and there’s no reason to leave the property unless you want to participate in an excursion. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If you plan on visiting I recommend you pick the 5 star experience (Unique). This experience will exceed your expectations.
