    Unique, una excelente experiencia muy recomendable

    Excelentes instalaciones, atención y gastronomía. Nos alejamos en el sector Unique, habitación muy amplia, con todos los ameneties, piscina privada. Acceso a playa privada y restaurante en la playa exlusivo. Acceso ilimitado a todas las instalaciones del hotel, varios restaurantes, teatro , diferentes piscinas etc. Un mayordomo personalizado para ser contactado en cualquier momento. Muy buen servicio.

    Take advantage of the service - they know how to treat you

    Loved this resort. You have to know at Punta Cana you're not really leaving the resort, so keep that in mind. Food is as good as you can expect from an all inclusive and their nightlight is amazing. I upgraded to unique and at first I was very disappointed. It seemed to be too much but the unique club had excellent buffet compared to the others (they never figured out how to cook a lobster though - maybe you just need to ask for it NOT to be well done). In fact make sure for your food to not be well done and you'll love it more. Anyway the unique experience really upgraded it. I had daily questions and I both had a "butler" but equally helpful was the reception desk. In particular, Daniela Aracena was very helpful and always pointed me in the correct direction. Thank you Daniela!

    Great place, lots to do. Food was consistent and good. Our concierge, Jose, was very accommodating! The pools and beach very nice and relaxing. The shopping had lots of options and the resort was very clean. I would recommend this resort to couples and families.

    Best All Inclusive Vacation

    Best vacation so far! I recently stayed at the Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort with my husband and 5 year old child. This was a family/child friendly resort with so much to do for everyone. I would recommend the Unique upgrade since it is more than worth it. With exclusive facilities, services, priority check in, dedicated beach club, separate pool areas, and an assigned butler. Jose (our assigned butler) assisted us with anything we needed during our stay and was very knowledgeable, approachable, and responsive. We had an ocean view room with a balcony which was very spacious. The resort and room was always kept very clean and the staff was very friendly and always accommodating. If I could rate it a 10, I would.

    El hotel es relativamente nuevo; fúnebre para mi gusto. Demasiado oscuros en sus pasillos y muy grande, para poder tener una mejor control de calidad. La comida es fatal y las bebidas mediocres .Sin embargo, tiene un personal de servicio espectacular, un 300/% por encima del hotel. Juan Camilo
